My family 17 were taken care of by these amazing people! I began by booking round trip airport pick up for a great price. They picked us up in a nice 20 passenger van that fit all of our luggage and drove us 1 hour away to Pie de Cuesta. The driver was very professional, prompt, and communicated well. They were available for us to book last minute trip into downtown Acapulco and facilitated everything for our large group. We had also pre-booked a private yacht tour and tour of Acapulco. We felt very safe and very well taken care of by this company and their employees. Electronic payment was a bit difficult, I had to send EFT to cover 50% of cost at booking which takes several days to clear. When I tried to do the same to pay the other 50%, they were not comfortable with payment not clearing right away which is understandable so we had to pay cash (glad we had enough cash for all the services they provided, so just bring cash to facilitate payment).

Highly recommend Grupo Royale Tours Acapulco. Driver met us at the airport exit with our names on a placard. The driver was friendly and professional and spoke good English. The Car was clean and Comfortable. Pedro met us at the hotel and welcomed us and gave us great information about the area.

excellent service. Man was at the terminal waiting for me with my name on a sign. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Due to the time and date I went (March of 2020) I was the only pick-up. Same as the way back to the airport. Would definitely recommend royal tours.
