Super recommended, connected customer service, the driver and the people of the travel agency are super good, make this trip more accurate, the car is comfortable and cool, 100 points
Great guide and the representatives were quick to answer. Great experience and we arrived early, it was nice!
Friendly driver at reasonable prices, thank you for Mr. Mirna's clear guidance and kindness. It was a comfortable trip. There was not a single inconvenient situation!
We took part in the Shared Tour with an English guide option. We went as a couple in what turned out to be larger group of 6 people in total. We were told that pick up was at 03.30 and so we got up at 03.00. We didn’t hear from our driver and got in touch with the tour operator who came out to see us within 10 minutes of the driver not having arrived or messaged us. Ultimately the driver was about 30 minutes late so it wasn’t a disaster. However, it was our second experience in Egypt in three days of having a driver turn up late in a cheaply booked tour. Bear this in mind. In regards to the actual tour itself, it was fantastic. Our guide, Ahmed, was personable and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us history and Egyptology lessons in the minivan as we got closer to the site (3.5 hour drive each way but worth it) and also at the site. We also had ample time to explore on our own. He was very helpful, not pushy for tips in anyway. They pass around an envelope at the end, this is only time this was mentioned in a 10 hour day. There is no breakfast so bring food with you. There is one toilet break about halfway to the site. Same on the return journey. The facilities are fairly clean with western style toilets - costs 20EGP. Also, the minivan is quite small. We had only six people and it was tight - I could not imagine 15 people in this tiny space for such a long drive. We also stopped at a perfume and glass making shop. This wasn’t on the itinerary and we were tired and did not want to go but others in our did so we went and we ended up buying some things. We were told that it would be 10min but ended up being there for about 50min or an hour because people are buying stuff. All in all, I would recommend this tour. It is great value for the money and an enjoyable day out.
Very great experience! Woke up early to beat the crowds and was able to get there at around 8am ish. Got great pics of the temple before too many people came! Malak Aziz was great and he picked us up on time in the morning and communicated very well!
If you're going to Abu Simbel's Temple, a tour is the way to go. The cosplay was good on this tour and the care of the guides was good. There are all-inclusive tours, but I think you'll find it well worth it with only travel arrangements.
It is a process of booking at Agoda, moving from email to whatsaq, and communicating. You will be given a meeting pack juice, bread and snacks at the hotel on the day. That's all for the meal until it's dissolved. Pick up and drop off in a beautiful air-conditioned car. It was very affordable, and I was happy.
We had booked, but eventually stopped going as we were interacting with the local tour company. The background is as follows. Booking completed on April 21 (tour date is April 28). At this point, the hotel was not the meeting point, so we designated a hotel in the neighborhood. (Kato Waidi Nubian House) The tour company contacted me on April 26. We respond to requests to send ① hotel name ② room No ③ pa city port. The tour company will inform you that it is OK. I haven't heard from him since, so I contacted the tour company the day before to see where to wait. I'm asked to pay $10 per person because my hotel is far away at this irrevocable time. If you can't do that, you'll be informed to wait on the bridge at 4 a.m. Inform them that you are not satisfied with the burden request at this time, even though you have given them the name of the hotel at the time of the previous communication. The tour company's guide says the transfer on the island, Garb, Nagar, Mahatta or New Aswan is $10 per person, but as they are not locals, it is not clear if the hotel is applicable. And yet, if I couldn't pay $10, he told me to wait on the bridge early in the morning. It is inconceivable that a tourist would wait on a bridge (road) at 4 o'clock in the early morning in an insecure destination for four family members. As a result of the exchange, I felt too sincere to go. He says he won't refund it. He told me to come to the bridge even though I had designated a hotel in the neighborhood. To put it bluntly, this is a breach of the pre-announcement obligation. We will request a refund from Viator and improvements from the tour company to prevent this from happening in the future.
The imposing temples, a place of obligatory visit. The only bad thing is having to travel 4 hours to a place to be on the site for a couple of hours, because that’s enough time to travel.
Maro is very good gut, he help us so much
