Description

THE ACTUAL EXPERIMENT ABOUT UGANDA EQUATOR WILL BE AS FOLLOWS Our Guide will point out where the 0 degrees latitude crosses, point out the southern hemisphere and also the northern hemisphere. With the help of the magnetic fields and the water used, he will show you that in the Northern pole, the water will sink out through the hole in the clockwise angle. However, in the southern pole, the water will sink down the hole in a counter-clockwise as caused by the magnetic fields. The experience is finished off with the water sinking at the 0 degrees latitude straight down, proving that that is the imaginary line that crosses the whole world. This is as simple as it sounds but the experience is in a way mind blowing as you see with proving how the water is sucked down in all different directions.

This is basically our destination. With our tour guide / driver, you will depart from Kampala city and head for the equator along the Mpigi-Masaka highway. Since it is a one day trip, you will take your time and could set off by 7:30 am. You will start off your journey travelling through the districts of Mpigi as your final destination will be Kayabwe one of the places the equator crosses Uganda. The drive to Kayabwe should not take more than 2 hours as the distance from Kampala City to Kayabwe is not that far. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by one of the tour guides at the equator. You can carry out an equator experiment. With the experiment done, you will have your lunch and maybe continue relaxing a bit and then head back to Kampala hence call it a day. There are also a couple of craft shops with interesting items that you can buy as souvenirs for yourself and family back home

When a Gorilla Looks at You

My experience with #gorillas in #Uganda was indescribable. "My smile reveals the emotion; the brightness in my eyes reflects the profound satisfaction of what I have just experienced". My gratitude to @InspireSafaris for demonstrating unwavering passion and, despite the circumstances, providing the precise means to make this experience possible.

Memorable Equator

We recently visited the Equator at Kaya we, and it was a truly unique and fascinating experience! The journey from Kampala was scenic and enjoyable and upon arrival, I was struck by the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The highlight of the trip was of course standing at the exact spot where the Earth's equator passes through. It was surreal to think that i was at zero latitude , and the water experiment demonstration was mind blowing! Herman the guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, sharing interesting facts about the Equator and its cultural significance to the local communities. I also appreciated the opportunity to learn about the local culture and history. I highly recommend a trip to the Equator at Kayabwe to anyone interested in geography, culture and science. It's a must visit destination in Uganda and Inspire African Safaris will make it more convenient

Equator experience

We had an exciting trip to the equator. Our driver was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. We got to literally participate in one of the activities rather than just watch.

Perfect

I don't think there are many Korean reviews :) Leave a review in Korean!! First of all, I didn't have a lot of trusted companies in Uganda, so I was really worried, but fortunately, the company was very friendly and trustworthy. I did a lot of comparisons with other companies, but I did a little less. We only had a day in Entebe, so we went to the Mburo National Park for a day. It was a pretty long tour from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and it only took 7 hours to get back and forth... I was very happy :) I wondered how much more I could do in my life if I could ride my own safari car and see the animals in front of my eyes. If you have time to spend a day in Uganda, you should definitely go. I wish I could have spent a few more days going elsewhere, but I'm sorry I didn't. Gregor's privilege is a swing view of friends and friends. The bars are comparable to the bars, but the mice are comparable to the bars, and the bars are comparable to the bars, and the bars are comparable to the bars.
