We had a wonderful experience with Say Hueque ! Our travel coordinator was Ludmilla, and show was SUPER flexible and had very fast responses. We had her plan a 'custom' package for us - and she was so very patient with us as we asked for dozens of different options. She has great ideas for alternatives, and she helped us save a LOT of money. Bravo !
Hello, Thank you for such a lovely review. We are delighted to hear that your trip planning experience was smooth and enjoyable from the very beginning. Creating a custom itinerary is all about finding the right balance between preferences, logistics, and budget, so it is wonderful to know the flexibility, responsiveness, and personalized approach helped shape a journey that was just right for you. We truly appreciate your kind words and are glad the final result exceeded your expectations. Many thanks again for sharing your experience.
please read a small script to know what to expect from the trip. You have to order inner flights and tickets to ark yourself. Some tours were in English only but some had English and Spanish audiences so the guides alternated between two languages. Some of them did not speak English that well. Most drivers do not speak English. On a positive note, the drivers were prompt, the hotels we stayed in were excellent and the staff was helpful and excellent. The activities that were included were very good. The emergency telephone line was excellent and the people were responsive and very helpful. All in all we had a great time.
Hello Michael! Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re very glad to hear you enjoyed the activities, hotels, and the assistance from our team, and that everything ran smoothly during your trip. We’re sorry for the misunderstanding regarding flight arrangements and your recommendation to read the whole description is very important, we apreciatte you writing it for future travelers. We're also sorry about any language availability issues during the tours although drivers don't usually speak english since they don't need to speak to passegers. Thanks again for your review. Kind regards
Summary go with someone else, if your hotel sucks you cant cancel you just have to stay there. We did the whole month tour with SayHueQue Chile and Argentina Also different options arent listed as part of the itinerary. Day 1 option 1, option 2 etc you only get option 1 so you'll need to think of option 2 yourself they wont put in that work for you (even though we requested multiple options to be listed). Amazing experience safe drivers BUT, tour guide must be getting paid next to nothing. Pretty much they'll give you 50 percent of their effort if you want the full experience you'll need to tip well. Our guide/driver for Santiago didnt introduce himself and remained silent we asked 7 times pretty much begged to give us information and guide us but they simply didnt. I think its an older male latino syndrome they do things the same way and dont change. He did drive safely and turned up on time for airport pickups but 15 mins late for city tour and other tour days. Definitely feels overpriced looking back at it now.

We were supposed to go on a trip to Bolivia but had to cancel it last minute due to the unrest in Bolivia. We managed to find this amazing tour 2 days before we were scheduled to fly out and Karen was supportive throughout the whole process. Our last minute tour was a blessing in disguise because the highlight of the trip was trekking to Perito Moreno Glacier. This experience was the best thing I've ever done in my life! Our guide on this experience Jorge was so friendly! Also, our guide in Buenos Aires Marines was amazing as well, so funny and helpful. I would definitely want to book with them next time I go to Argentina! Thanks for these experiences of a lifetime Say Hueque!
What a success sandravlinh! I'm so glad that you were able to turn a last-minute change of plans into a different epic adventure! Trekking to Perito Moreno glacier is a truly unique experience that I'm sure you'll never forget, and with the help of Jorge and Karen, you were able to kick back and relax, knowing that you're in good hands. We look forward to you coming back down to explore Iguazu, Buenos Aires, Mendoza and more! Best, Cathie
Overall experience was great! Our pick up from the airport to hotel and day to day pick up for day tour was on time. Guides are good, hotel staffs are courteous and accommodating. A great variety of things to see and do. We had a great time! Highly recommended! For sure i will tell my friends to definitely try it! Kudos to all of you making all the efforts to make this trip run smoothly as possible. Muchas Gracias!

This holiday was truly amazing. It was an awesome and totally unforgettable experience. The holiday started in Buenos Aires, where we experienced a wonderful Tango show, and enjoyed a city tour. We then flew south to El Calafate, in Patagonia. There we visited the extraordinary Perito Moreno Glacier, in Los Glaciares National Park, sailing on Lake Argentino to the edge of the glacier, and then enjoying further views of it from within the park. We then flew north to Iguazu, where we viewed the stunning falls from both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides, before flying back to Buenos Aires where this magnificent holiday sadly came to an end. Say Hueque were wonderful and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. As can be seen from my summary, we were very busy but Say Hueque were very attentive to our needs throughout. We stayed at good quality hotels, and they provided us with clear an accurate information, and ensured all of our transfers were timely and trouble free. They also facilitated all of our requests, ensuring our holiday was tailored to our exact needs, i.e. arranging an excursion to see a football match involving the world famous Boca Juniors, and to extend our stay in Buenos Aires for an extra day. If you want to experience some of the wonders that Argentina (and Chile) have to offer, you'd be crazy not to consider Say Hueque
Dear Adrian, It's great to hear about this amazing experience you had with us! We are truly happy you enjoyed your stay, the attractions and the views. Iguazu is indeniably breathtaking and worthseeing, so great! You can now cross it over from your bucket list! I dearly hope you decide to come back soon the see what's left-there's plenty! Kind regards, Cecilia
I booked a two week customised trip that took me through from Buenos Aires, El Calafate & Iguazu Falls in Argentina, Atacama desert in Chile & Uyuni salt flats in Boliva. The whole trip was planned out with the help of consultants at Say Hueque. They were excellent and very responsive to queries and changes that i had to make at the last minute. They used very good local guides who were always on time for pickups. The hotels everywhere except Bolivia were of a very high standard. They were very clear about the facilities in Bolivia being very basic but i booked it anyway. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again if i return to South America.
