7-Hours Tour in Paracas National Reserve with Pickup

Description
We sail through the bay of Paracas and see the largest peninsula that we have in Peru. We then stop at a point north of the Paracas peninsula to look at, photograph and film the Chandelier where the tour guide will briefly explain the measurements, materials from the area and their possible origin. The navigation continues and after approximately 15 minutes from the Chandelier you will arrive at the Ballestas Islands. Bird watching lovers will find a large number of these such as: seagulls, terns, boobies, cormorants, pelicans, vultures and Humboldt penguins. Definitely the highlight of the tour are the sea lions. Paracas National Reserve, relax as you travel by modern transportation through the Reserve, which protects a desert coastal landscape favored by seabirds, including flamingos. Dramatic scenery and the opportunity to see these striking pink birds attract photographers and bird lovers alike.

Itinerary
Ballestas Islands Tour.- We will board our slider with 02 outboard motors that will take us to the wonderful Ballestas Islands, we stop after about 10 minutes at a northern point of the Paracas peninsula to look at, photograph and film the Chandelier where the guide tourism in summary will explain about the measures, materials of the area and its possible origin. Then we will continue our trip to the most important majestic wildlife sanctuary on the Peruvian coast, where we will observe sea lions, booby birds, pelicans, penguins and other seabirds. The return becomes relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze is a natural anti-stress.
You will have 1 free hour to walk along the boardwalk, and then board our vehicle to begin our group trip to the Paracas Reserve. During your tour, you will learn more about the Paracas Reserve by observing all the fauna, flora and many other important facts about the Paracas Peninsula. We will then drive through a lifeless desert until we reach an area where once stood a large natural rock formation known as the Cathedral. Unfortunately, this old formation did not withstand the earthquake of 2007. In this place you will have stunning views of the desert and the blue ocean and see thousands of sea birds, and then you will visit Red Beach. Without a doubt, the Tour to the Paracas National Reserve is something unique to see in Peru.

The bus was very comfortable, and the locations were excellent. The guides were very kind. They were very punctual and organized. I loved it and would do it again. The tour staff was very good and attentive; we appreciate it very much 🫶🏻w
Comply with everything mentioned in the Tour!!! From the pick up at my accommodation, the walk around the crossbow islands and the trip through the Paracas reserve.
We were pleased with this operator. The speaker offered narration in both English and Spanish and was easy to understand in both languages. The tour operator explained each location we visited, answered questions from the audience, and provided multiple opportunities for pictures. I’d recommend bringing sunblock, a hat, and water since Paracas is typically very sunny and hot. We recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the Paracas Peninsula and its natural beauty and history.
The trip to Ballestas Islands was amazing and well worth it. Overall the experience was like two separate trips and to be honest, the Paracas National Reserve was also included free on Peru Hop. Had I understood this I would only have booked the Islands.
This is actually 2 tours one after the other - you take either the boat tour first, then 1 hour free in town approx., and then you go on a bus with another group. The bus thing is really nice and you get to see the reserve and maybe bathe, and the boat tour is nice too, but too short. You see dolphins and maybe whales on the way, but you don't have time to stop. Wish it was a bit longer.
Good afternoon We found the Service very good, the agency people very friendly The boat tour to the crossbow islands very beautiful, the very friendly gentlemen In the nature reserve the guide very friendly and the tour and the views too beautiful We are very grateful and very happy with the tour Thank you.
Super fun tour along the ballestas islands and the paracas national reserve. We have seen sea lions and penguins on the water. And then we went by bus along several stops in the paracas national reserve. We had a very nice tourguide through the national park called Barbara. She knew a lot about the area! Definitely recommended to To do!
I traveled with my family and it was the best experience, our guide Barbara was always very friendly and knew a lot about the fauna lying in this beautiful place, I highly recommend it with this super punctual agency.
A magnificent day between the Balesta Islands and the Paracas Reserve, two places of great diversity. Our various experienced guides accompanied us throughout our day. The rhythm is perfect to make the most of these majestic places
Thanks to Barbara the tour was amazing. Perfect conditions to deeply appreciate the really special landscapes in the Paracas Reserve. The explanations and comments provided were definitely helpful.
