The animals and landscapes were great, but the accommodation was very different from what the travel agent Gracepatt said. The accommodation was temporarily changed, and it was not "similar" as advertised, but cheaper and cheaper accommodation. What's even worse is that when you try to contact the company, there's really no response. I think I still enjoy traveling here, but I will never book with this Gracepatt travel agency again.
Each location was special in itself, Accommodations were excellent in Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli and Good in Masai Mara. Our driver/guide, Stephen was always on time, knowledgeable and had safety at top of his list. He was a joy to be with. Only complaint we had is the van should be 4 wheel drive given the terrain we had to navigate inside the parks. In addition to the big 5, we saw amazing live hunts by both a cheetah and a lioness! Kenyans are some of the most welcoming and service oriented I have ever met. Will always remember their electric and genuine smiles. God willing we will be back.
