My wife and I used Say Hueque for our recent trip to Argentina. We have travelled a fair amount through Western Europe and throughout the USA, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and have never felt the need to use a tour company. For this trip, we thought we’d try it and see if it made the trip easier and smoother. We looked at some tour companies local to where we live in Greater Boston, but the word of mouth and the internet reviews on Say Hueque were overwhelmingly positive, so we chose them. My expectations were that I wanted our tour company to manage all the details of our vacation, but especially to suggest activities, and after we’d agreed on specifically what we wanted, I needed them to handle details like transportation to and from those activities. That’s exactly what they did. They suggested things like a Tango show with dinner, a terrific walking tour, and a day in the countryside. Additionally, I requested a Premier League soccer game, (“El Futbol”), and they accommodated us with transport to and from the game as well as great seats. We spent the last few days in Iguazu, and they arranged air transport to Iguazu and back to Buenos Aires, as well as full tours to both sides of the falls and all transportation to and from the national park. At the end of the trip to Iguazu, they even transported us across Buenos Aires from the domestic airport to the international airport for our flight home. A trip like this has a lot of moving parts with lots of opportunity for things to go wrong. Nothing went wrong. Everything we needed was where we needed it, when we needed it. Additionally, our command of Spanish is strong, but you don’t need to speak Spanish to work with them. They communicate by phone, email, and, as is common in Argentina, they use What’sApp. They return emails and voice mails promptly and have a 24 hour emergency number, (our trip went very smoothly and we didn’t need the emergency contact). I would strongly recommend Say Hueque to anyone interested in visiting Argentina. The service they provide was invaluable, and as I said initially, they definitely made our trip easier and smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again when the opportunity comes up.
Fantastic experience. Everything was so well organised, pick ups, drop offs, the tours were excellent. The Tango show was exciting. Hotels were great exceptional. I wish we had know how much there was to do and see in Buenos Aires Iguazu Falls was an amazing experience and the Mercure Hotel in the jungle was great
Hello Jmads... We are really happy to know about your great experience on our 6 Days Tour in Buenos Aires and Iguazú Falls. We do our best for our passengers to have a memorable experience. I am glad we got it! We expect to see you soon in any of our landscapes in our beloved Argentina! Cheers Ayelen
Viator booked our hotel in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires which was so far away that Uber drivers and the Tango van did not want to pick us up. We never were picked up for our included Tango show. We contacted the viator 24 hour emergency number and no one answered for 2 hours. After 2 hours they could not help us. This is not satisfactory. So far this has not been good experience.
Hello Edward, thank you for taking the time on sharing your opinion. It is the main goal of Say Hueque to create the best Travel Experiences, and we understand your expectations were not fully satisfied. We really apologize for the inconvenience on your transfer to the Tango Show. Everything was arranged as I already informed you but the transfer was not provided as it was supposed to be. We offer you our sincere apologies for this situation. As you know we offered you a refund for the taxi you took to get to the Tango Show that day. Most of the hotels we work with are located in Palermo neighborhood because we consider it to be the best connected and also beautiful location in Buenos Aires. We really care, and it is our main concern, your opinion. So, of course, we highly appreciate you taking the time to write to us. Kind regards Ayelen
The tour guides in Buenos Aires and the one in Iguazu Falls were excellent, very knowledgeable and patient.
Hi Judith! Thank you very much for leaving such nice feedback! I am happy to know that you enjoyed the tour of those two beautiful destinations. Best regards, Lucila.
My wife and I agreed that this Say Hueque tour was the best of our 8-week visit to South America. The accommodation was first class. The BA city tour was excellent, and the tango show and dinner were superb. The 2-day Iguazu Falls visit was the highlight of our trip - the Falls are fantastic. Every pickup and transfer went like clockwork. We can't say enough good things about Say Hueque!
Hi! Thank you for your kind review. We are glad you enjoyed your tour through Buenos Aires and the Iguazú Falls experience. The falls are a magical destination, no one should miss them when visiting Argentina. We hope to see again down here, in South America. Best regards, Clara
Say Hueque organized a wonderful tour for my husband and I in Argentina and Brazil. Every detail was perfectly planned to give us the upmost in enjoyment and experience. The tour guides were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met even if we did silly things like forgetting our luggage! Our days encompassed the whole gamut of activity from hiking trails at Iguazu, eating barbecue in the pampas, to tango viewing in the elegant city of Buenos Aires. Our accommodations were well situated and, in Iguazu, the chef should be commended for the excellent cuisine served at the restaurant. That experience of dwelling in the rainforest was a real treat.
Hi! We are extremely thankful your review, so kind of you! We are glad you had a great experience with us in Iguazú and Buenos Aires. These are two of our favorite destinations in Argentina, so magical and unique. A great combination for a trip. Hope to hear from you again. Best regards, Clara
Details covered in every aspect. Hotels excellent, great tours, transfer drivers always on time. Highly recommend!

First I would like to thank Mr. Patricio Rapaport of Say Hueque Travel for his excellent planning and patience. This was the first time we booked a large tour from home, it was a big investment and we were a little nervous about trusting someone so far away. My goodness! What excellent service and timing, not one item was missed or late. We were picked up at all locations by a person with a sign waiting for us and they eliminated all the worries for getting around Buenos Aires and Puerto Iguazu. The tour guides supplied were very knowledgeable and spoke English quite well. The Tango dinner was excellent and so was the dinner. Everything we experienced during this tour was very professional, I would highly recommend using this agency when travelling to Buenos Aires. Thanks again Patricio.
Dear Riccki2014, Thanks for taking the time to share this detailed experience with us and for trusting us when choosing a travel company to come to South America. Makes us happy to hear that everything went on schedule and that our team - especially Patricio- made you feel comfortable and made their most to make this an amazing experience for you. We also hope you'll keep us in mind for future trips in South America, we'd love to have you back! Best regards, Cecilia
At the beginning, we only plan to go for the cruise from Buenos Aires to Santiago. Then we decided to go visit Iguazu Falls. So we joined this tour before the cruise. We were contacted by email by the local agent before we got on the plane. Brenda from Say Hueque arranged our special arrangement of hotel stays and all transfers through emails. We were greeted by Cecilia, the host, with Argentina snacks and a bottle of water, just what we needed after a long red eye flight. The complimentary bottle of local wine is the sugar icing. The day before flying to Iguazu , Brenda sent me a reminder that her agent in Iguazu did not find our flight number, nor arrival time, which we sent her for transfer. She called the airline and the reply was It should be okay. She has no obligation to check for me because we bought our own air ticket to fly from Buenos Aires to Iguazu. We received nothing from the Airline company and we don't speak Spanish. The next day we went to the airport to find out that the original flight was cancelled or combined with a two hours later flight. We were worried about the transfer when we landed. Luckily a young gentleman sitting next to us at the breakfast food court, speaks English and is kind to lend his cell phone to us to call Brenda, at 7 am on New Year Day. She is polite and helpful to forward our changes to the agents responsible for the transfers. What a relief we were at that time. The return flight from Iguazu was also delayed. Brenda also arranged the pickup of luggage and transfer to another hotel seamlessly. And two days later, the transfer to the cruise ship terminal is also punctually done. My impression is that this company is client-orientated and my experience is very satisfactory. They went an extra mile to make sure the clients are attended to. Thanks to all, especially Brenda and Cecilia, who help to make our trip a happy memory.
I was the lucky winner for FB travel photo contest organized by Trip.me and sponsored by Say Hueque in February 18. Traveled with my Husband in the beginning of September and we truly enjoyed ourselves in Argentina. The Say Hueque team has been very accommodating and provided excellent service throughout. While making my reservations, Laura has been very accommodating while my dates kept changing. She has been very helpful throughout the booking process and provided the best hotels for our accommodation in Buenos Aires and Iguazú. Carla was our guide in Buenos Aires and Adrian in Iguazu. They were always there to assist us and flexible with the tour to suit our needs and schedule. We stayed at the Brick Hotel (Recoleta area) in Buenos Aires for the 1st 2 nights. The hotel is amazing and the location is great. We enjoyed the City Tour, Recoleta Cemetary, the visit to Colon Theatre , the colorful La Boca and especially the Tango show. It was a wonderful experience with great ambience and great food. We even got the best seats for the show. Anyone visiting Buenos Aires should not miss the tango show. The next 2 nights we spent our time at the Loi Suites Iguazú Hotel. This is a great choice in Iguazú as the Hotel is beautiful and secluded. Great for people like us who enjoy serene and tranquility. The tour to Iguazú falls was the best experience ever! A great majestic waterfall - one of the 7th Natural Wonders of the World. Simply breath taking! We get to enjoy the falls from Argentina and Brazil side. You get great views from Argentina and you get to experience the falls up close in Brazil. After Iguazú we went back to stay in Buenos Aires. They provided another night to stay in Palermo area. We stayed in a boutique Hotel Legado Mitico. I truly love love love the location! Palermo is a quaint and quiet town where you can find many restaurants, bars and shop around in every corner you go. We didn’t even spend money on taxis. We used the phone app maps.me to navigate our way wherever we go. All in all we have truly enjoyed our entire trip and would recommend Say Hueque Journeys to anyone booking a tour. 2 thumbs up!
