After we will move to Trans Canadian Highway to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, for the rest of the day you can enjoy simple rookie-friendly hikes there, with certifite hiking guide. For lunch we will go to Lake Louise Village Plaza. Absolutely terrible experience. Do not trust this company, even if your excursion says “confirmed.” We planned our entire day around this tour, showed up on time at the pickup point, and the driver never came. Three of us were left stranded with no warning, no update, and no respect for our time. We called them more than five times and nobody answered or called us back. After chasing them through WhatsApp, they finally replied with the most unprofessional excuse: “Sorry, we forgot to pick you up. We will refund you.” That is completely unacceptable. This was our last day of the trip, and they ruined the entire day for us. A refund does not bring back the time, the plans, or the experience we lost. If a company can simply “forget” paying customers and leave them stranded, they should not be running excursions at all. Shameful service. Avoid at all costs
