We had an amazing 5-day family trip to Kerala organized by Iris Holidays, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Sara, who planned our itinerary so thoughtfully. She was very responsive, understood our requirements perfectly, and suggested an itinerary that was ideal for our family, including our 3-year-old son. Every detail was well organized, making our trip completely hassle-free. The accommodations were excellent. The Munnar Queen offered breathtaking mountain and valley views from the balcony, making our stay truly memorable. Merry Weather Resort in Thekkady was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. The highlight of our trip was the private Alleppey houseboat. The experience of cruising through the backwaters was unforgettable, and the food served on the houseboat was fresh, delicious, and absolutely worth it. A very special mention goes to our driver, Akash, who played a huge role in making our trip enjoyable. He was extremely professional, polite, patient, and always willing to stop wherever we wanted for sightseeing, shopping, or taking photographs. We traveled through the winding ghat roads of Munnar and Thekkady, and his driving was exceptionally smooth and safe. Because of his careful driving, our little son never felt motion sickness, which was a huge relief for us. Throughout the journey, Akash took great care of our family and made us feel comfortable and secure. Overall, Iris Holidays provided excellent service, quality accommodations, a well-planned itinerary, and outstanding customer support. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a Kerala vacation. I booked my Kerala trip through Iris Holidays and had a very positive experience overall. The planning was done via email, and the team was responsive and flexible, adjusting the itinerary to my preferences and interests. Iris holidays were excellent from beginning to end. We did a 6 day/5 nights tour. Sanju was our awesome driver and we felt safe being with him. The itinerary was perfect. Munnar 2 nights/Thekkady/Allepey and Fort Kochi. Every day we did something amazing. Tea plantations, sunrise on an exciting jeep ride, wildlife reserve, houseboat stay and historic Fort Kochi. We were lucky enough to spot an Indian leopard on the boat cruise in the Periyar wildlife reserve. So very cool. Everyone in Kerala has been so friendly towards us, we feel very blessed. I highly recommend.
