Such a fun full day out! Started with a long kayaking trip around the mangrove rivers. Then short walk to a beautiful waterfall. Had great time taking photos! Hot springs were very hot! But had variety of water temperature pools to choose from. Day finished with beautiful sunset over the beach! Tour guide Nim was amazing throughout, making sure we all had a fabulous day out!
4 waters adventure was such a great experience. All you need to bring is your bathing suit (better if you wear it underneath your clothes), sunscreen, hat, sunglasses and some money (if you plan on buying treats or drinks). Everything else will be provided. Nim was a wonderful guide and a talented photographer. She takes a lot of photos throughout the day so you don't have to. Nim took us to a restaurant and chose so many delicious dishes for us to try during our lunch break. This is a full day excursion so don't make any plans for that day (you will return to CC's around 8:30 or 9pm). 4 waters adventure is definitely worth checking out!
I really enjoyed the 4 Waters tour led me Nim. Our group had a great time kayaking the mangroves and I think Nim had even more fun snapping loads of photos of us navigating the twists, turns and overhanging branches. Lunch at a local spot was a highlight with fantastic food. We then did a short trek up to a picturesque waterfall where you could wade right up to the base of the falls and take amazing photos. The water temperature was perfect and it was so serene, not too busy with tourists. The hot springs was a nice place to relax and enjoy a cheeky cocktail or two after what was becoming a long day. Icing on the cake was sunset at a beach close by which was nearly deserted. At this time of year the monsoon clouds made for a dramatic sunset. It is a very long day about 10am-9pm by the time we got back to the hotel but well worth it!
I had such fun on this trip. Nim was our tour guide - and it was honestly so much fun! The day had a lot of variety and the meal in the middle was delicious! Nim is a fantastic tour guide and CCs is a great place - all of the activities are so thoughtful and fun.
Had such an amazing day! The waterfall was so beautiful! Highly recommend Nim as a tour guide, she is amazing! Always taking photos so you can just be in the present and enjoy the beauty around you.
We had a really fun time on this tour. Loved the kayaking, though no one saw a monkey. Lunch was excellent! All the amazing Thai food we could eat. Also bottled water was plentiful all day. The waterfall is beautiful and the hike/walk to it is not difficult. Time spent at the hot springs was a bit long, but I understand they are stalling until sunset, which was beautiful. Be aware this is a very long day, the tour takes place 1.5 - 2 hours drive north so after sunset it was another 1.5 hours drive back to Kata. You get back 20:30-21:00.
On this tour my family and I had a great time with James Bond as our tour guide. The 4 waters tour started with kayaking as we calmly made our way through the mangroves. The way back was a bit rough going against the current but I believe it’s not always so vigorous. Good workout anyway!! Next was lunch where James Bond picked out some delicious dishes for us to enjoy! Next was a 600m walk through the lush jungle to a magnificent waterfall, and it was even more magical when it started to rain! Back in the lovely air con van we headed to a resort with hot, cold and normal heated pools. I’m not a pool person was it a experience to experience for sure. Last water was the beach, from the same resort which also had a swing and seating. We got back a bit late but well worth the amazing day had with James Bond being knowledgeable and funny!!
We had an incredible day exploring Thailand’s natural beauty on this eco adventure. Our guide was excellent—knowledgeable, and friendly, The tour was well-organized and packed with experiences, making it amazing value for the cost. What made it truly special was being taken to out-of-the-way places that showcased the diversity of Thailand’s geography—from mangrove forests to waterfalls to hot springs. Lunch was another highlight—delicious, and fresh, If you're looking to see a different side of Thailand and make the most of a single day, this tour is a must!
A day of wonderful, varied experiences, kayaking in mangroves was adventurous, the waterfall swim and jungle trek was so beautiful, made perfect with a downpour of rain! Hot springs were a gorgeous relaxing end to the day. As is often the case, the tour was made extra special by our guide, the very lovable James Bond, and we felt so safe on the roads with our amazing driver whose name I don’t know how to spell🫣. Oh and an amazing lunch in an idyllic location. Well worth the big day out
Good day out. Don't attempt it if you've got mobility issues as you won't make the waterfall. My dad found out the hard way. James bond was a great guide.
