When we booked this trip we thought it was a typical private tour, small van with a small group of people. We were wrong. It is truly a private tour. Ian is a young man that has started his own tour business. He picks you up in a very comfortable car (max 6 people) and takes you on a very personal trip. He is very knowledgeable about the geology and history of the Canyonlands. The day we went it was raining so we drove to various view points and braved the wind and rain. About half way into the trip the weather broke and we went back to the various view points to actually see the Canyonlands. We did one hike. I would highly recommend Ian as he can change the trip based on his clients needs. I would love to go back and due some of the hikes. Even with the weather we had a fantastic time.
Thank you so much for the kind words Richard! I'm glad you enjoyed the experience. Would love to have you back again.
The guide was Very flexible . He listened to our requests. He was very knowledgeable and explained the geology well. Very personable!
Thanks so much, Alma! It was a blast to explore Canyonlands with you and your family.
