Your professional guide will meet you at your downtown Hangzhou hotel or Hangzhou Train Station either in the morning or afternoon. Upon meeting, spend few mins to discuss with your guide about the places you want to visit. As private tour, the itinerary is 100% customized and totally flexible. Following is the recommended sites, be sure to let your guide know if you need make any changes. Typically, begin your tour with a nice walk along must-see UNESCO site West Lake, explore the famed sites in the area such as Lotus park, viewing fish at the Flower Harbor, Spring Dawn at Su causeway, Leifeng Pagoda while learning the interesting local folklores, history from your guide. You could choose to enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the peaceful lake to fully appreciate the beauty of the whole area.
Next head to Lingyin scenic area, visit the spectacular stone grottos at Feilai Peak (Feilai Feng), walk around the stone caves with amazing statues caved more than 1000 years ago and take in the beautiful scenery with lush greens.
Continue to explore Lingyin scenic area, pay the visit to top 10 famous Chinese Buddhist temple -Lingyin temple, explore different complex and admire the grand design of the ancient architecture, have a great learning about the local religious culture, custom, wisdom from your expert guide.
Since this is a fully customized tour, If you have been to the above suggested sites , please feel free to choose some other sites such as ;1) Amazing bird-eye view of the West Lake from Leifeng Pagoda or ChengHuang Pagoda from Wu Shan (Wu Hill); 2) Hefang Pedestrian Stree; 3) China National Tea Museum or China National Silk Museum; 4)Former Residence of Hu Xueyan etc. After the wonderful tour you will be dropped off to the Hangzhou hotel or other places you prefer in the Hangzhou city center.

I really enjoyed the places I visited in Hanghzou. It was Great! The Guide had good knowledge of the history of the sites, could speak good English and was very helpfull. I felt the price of the tour a bit high.
It’s no wonder why Hangzhou is so popular with Chinese tourists. It’s gorgeous! I only had one day to explore so chose Sunny Tours to take me around. They were really great! Sarah and Eric were really flexible with my time and what I wanted to do. They even helped me book the West Lake water show. Very professional and drove around in a new Tesla in AC (it was so hot and humid today). I would recommend!

Our day's travels took us to the city of Hangzhou. My family and I had a great time. Sunny was very knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information with us about the history of the city and legends associated with well-known locations. We purchased a kitchen knife set and wanted to return it to the seller. The natural scenery and contrast between the old historical city and the modern world around the west lake were amazing.She was a huge help in contacting the store and following up on the matter until we received the reimbursement. I owe Sunny a debt of gratitude that will surely lead me back to China.
