- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
- Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.
- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
- Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
- Smoking&Pet Policy: Smoking is prohibited on buses and in most hotel rooms (fines may apply-$250+). No pets allowed.
- Airport Pick-Up: Only one airport pick-up is provided per order. Weather or flight delays may require you to arrange your own transportation.
- During the period from Jan, 13 2025 to Jan, 26 2025 when the Lower Antelope Canyon is closed, the itinerary will be changed to Antelope Canyon X (Optional, 90 mins).
- The tour end in Los Angeles, travelers could participate in the activities in Las Vegas, but the tour end in San Francisco couldn't join in.
- Please Note: National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking.

The four day tour experience was with mixed comments. It seems Viator has sublet to local travel agents and maximum travellers were from a fixed nationality, with less English speaking guide. Tour program was very hectic with change of hotel and location every day. Drinking water bottles should have been provided in the bus as due to extreme hot temperature, lot of travellers got dehydrated despite carrying own water. In some tour spots unnecessary more time was given, thus increasing the travel duration. Apart from these, tour was good and memorable.

Some of the areas are not accessible if you’re not able to walk on uneven surfaces and/or climb up stairs and steep inclines. I wish I had been told about this ahead of the tour.
This 4-Day tour was just incredible! Everything was perfectly organized and all we had to do was enjoy the trip! This wouldn't have been possible without our tour guide, Mark (from CTour Holiday) who is so professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure we get what we came for, an incredible experience without any hassle! All the viewing points mentioned in the itinerary were covered and the schedule was spot-on. Credit also goes to Kenny (our driver) for taking us safe and sound. In addition, they ensured each one us were dropped off safely. I'm a solo traveler so this goes without saying that these guys did a fantastic job. Thank you Mark, Kenny and team for giving us these beautiful memories for life!
