4-Day Rockies Explorer Tour Pkg: Banff, Columbia Icefield, Yoho

Participated in the five-day tour of Banff organized by Weststar Travel Agency. On the first day of today's tour of Banff National Park, the guide Miss HELENA HE was nice and patient, with smooth switching between Chinese and English, a tight schedule, and helped with photos. Had a perfect day. Super recommended!

We loved our trip to the Rocky Mountains with Westar. The sights of lake Louise, Moraine lake and the Colombia Icefield were absolutely stunning and something we will remember for a long time. Westar made everything run perfectly smoothly, and the guides Tim, Helena and Stella were fabulous. Thankyou for a great trip!

Thank you very much for the service of Weststar, the tour guide simon, shelly each have their own characteristics, professional explanation, the itinerary is reasonable. When Banff checked in, the hotel made a mistake with our booking, shelly contacted her company back and forth, kept in constant phone communication even after leaving, and finally just after 10pm, we received a breakfast roll from the hotel, but also very grateful for her help, although it was just a breakfast. Thank you very much for shelly's assistance. Brown bears were also seen on the way to the ice fields, along with bighorn sheep, and a very satisfying trip.

We had an unforgettable 4-day trip through Vancouver and Banff, and want to express our deepest thanks to our incredible guide, Dale. He was extremely professional, attentive to every detail, and genuinely caring throughout the entire journey. Dale is not only a highly skilled guide but also a kind and generous person. We’re feel very lucky to have had him as our guide, and I’m sure many other travelers will feel the same. Highly recommended!

Very interesting trip. Too short to see so many wonders. The buses were quite uncomfortable, but the hotels where we stayed were very good. Traveling with the majority of Chinese who do not communicate in English is a bit difficult, but they are very correct. The walk to the hotels for pick-up and arrival becomes very tiresome after spending the entire day on the excursion. The English of one of the guides leaves a lot to be desired, there was no way to understand what he was saying. And we are English teachers. Overall a spectacular trip.

The tour was good. The hotel we stayed were clean. We were impressed with the tour guide Lisa. we had her on the 3rd & 4th days. She was awesome. She worked hard to make everyone happy. I also had to mention the driver Chaoge . He was very friendly & professional. The negative side was about the meals. We paid extra for 3 lunches but were disappointed. We sometimes even didn’t have enough time to finish our meals .

Not a good tour, thought it would be one group for a few days but essentially they just book a hotel and put you on various day trips. Not very well organised and not enjoyable. I didn’t book with enough time to be included on the day’s activities but very little support to book on to the activities as no detailed itinerary provided on timings or what to book. At the ice field for instance, they didn’t advise only time for part of the tour so I wasted money on a full ticket.
