Perched 94 stories above the Windy City in the former John Hancock Building, 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip! Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8. *TILT not included in purchase

Learn about Chicago’s rich history, extraordinary architecture, and thriving neighborhoods, and Step onto the CloudWalk to experience a breathtaking 3D mural by artist Nate Baranowski. Its optical illusion tempts visitors to step onto the artwork and into the clouds for a thrilling photo opportunity. Sip on a Chicago-themed cocktail from CloudBar while taking in the magnificent views of the city.

- Ticket only allows guest to skip the ticket line and immediately enter the security line. The ticket does not grant access to the Fast Pass lane to the elevator.
- Tickets are non-refundable due to weather, low visibility, or mistakenly purchasing this attraction(360 CHICAGO is not located or affiliated with the Willis Tower). 360 CHICAGO will happily reschedule your ticket for up to a year.

Most of our time was spent in line: a line to get up to the floor, a line to get your drink, and a line to get out. There was a line for Tilt that I couldn't stand in because the line to leave was starting to wrap around. I believe there are usually two elevators to take you up to the space, but only one was working. The team started taking us up using the freight elevator. The tickets weren't inexpensive, so the experience we had was not worth the price of entry. On a good day, it may have been a nice thing to do.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had. The bartender was exceptional, I wish I got his name but he was so patient with everyone and doing a wonderful job making drinks they were delicious. I would definitely recommend a 10/10.

I overly loved the vibe and upset i wasn’t able to do the tilt but overall it was definitely something i have do again

This was the WORST experience I have ever had. The website says it is on floor 84, I go to 84 and there are just office chairs and people in suits, I ask if I can get a cocktail and they said there were none there. I started to get mad and said I payed $220 to be there, they did not care, they started pressing me to get out. I ended up leaving with $220 drained from my account.

Stunning sunset view with the beautiful Cloud bar, but the drinks included in the ticket are terrible basically just the mix of ice and water, no taste at all.

Thought with the Deck & Sip View ticket we would have access to a limited area. That is not the case. Made 730pm reservations for sunset view. Arrived on time and all the viewing area was already taken. So no real benefit for the drink package. Otherwise we enjoyed the view.

Nice views. Give yourself 10 + min to go through the photo booth, the history and any line. Record your step counts. For $44, an adult beverage and seat with a view. We cane got a T-shirt and left.

We definitely enjoyed the experience Customers just need to know that you’re charged to go to the bar and look at the view and to do the tilt is extra so make sure to purchase the correct ticket entrance. In case someone is scared of heights, the tilting ride might be a little too much for them. The view is amazing though.

Wow what a great experience. Great price for the experience! I love the views! Wish they had the panoramic elevator but it’s okay. They have the whole view point of Chicago upstairs! Also you can purchase a ticket for sip and view and that is what I go! You basically get one free drink which is great considering prices. You can also have lunch or small dinner with friends and enjoy the view! You can take professional pictures and get a bundle with the family for $55 or you can get a single photo for $35. I’d recommend going in the day if you want to take pictures because it’s a clearer perspective for the camera man. I honestly feel some of them could take better pictures though. Bring at least $25-40 for parking garage if you want to use the parking they have!
