Perched 94 stories above the Windy City in the former John Hancock Building, 360 Chicago provides commanding views of Lake Michigan and Chicago’s towering skyscrapers. Located in the heart of downtown on Michigan Avenue, the observatory is steps away from other top Chicago attractions. It will be the high point (literally) of your Chicago trip! Upgrade to the Sip and View ticket, which includes one drink at the newly renovated CloudBar. The Sip menu includes a rotating selection of beer, wine and cocktails. Once onsite, you can purchase tickets to TILT, a thrill ride that offers visitors unique, downward facing views from 1,030 feet. You may also choose to upgrade your Sip and View ticket from the Sip Menu to the Elevated Menu for an additional $8. *TILT not included in purchase

Step into a high-powered elevator that will take you on an exhilarating ride to the 94th floor at a speed of 20.5 mph (33 kph). The observatory provides unbeatable views of Chicago at all times of the day: Go in the morning or afternoon to admire the expansive blue of Lake Michigan, go at sunset for a romantic moment, or go at night when the city becomes a sea of twinkling lights. 360 Chicago Observation Deck offers several activities to complement the pretty view. If you need to catch your breath, head to the observatory’s bar for cocktails or delicious Chicago treats. Additional admission options are available for your visit. The TILT option offers access to an attraction of outward tilting glass 1,000 feet above the Magnificent Mile, offering unique, downward-facing views.

Wear good walking shoes and prepare to be an a fun atmosphere. The ambience was nice, nice music, snacks and drinks were reasonably priced.
$30 to go to the top of a building for a great view is kind of a lot to spend--especially when you are a family of four--but it was a pretty stunning view, and we could stay up there as long as we liked. We paid an extra $15 at the location for each of our two teenage kids to ride the Tilt, and they loved it--one of their favorite experiences during our family trip to Chicago.

We plan our trip , arrive 10 min to 7pm when our tickets ware , we were told that our tickets QR code was already redeemed 3 days ago, horrible experience with Viator, I would never recommend Viator to use

The experience is short lived and not equivalent to the price. There are also too many add on cost for the experience.

This is a must do if you visit Chicago, the views were stunning and the tilt experience was very fun.

The views were great! The floor was large with plenty of room of move around. We did do the TILT, which was very cool, but I wish it wasn’t an add-on. SkyDeck at Willis includes the SkyLedge without it being a separate ticket.

It was so beautiful and the elevator ride was smooth and quick. The 360 degree view was phenomenal and as we walked around even the weather changed the sky looked amazing.

Save your money on “sip” ticket… drink was average or below. Seats in the bar area was not reserved for just sip/drinking guests so can be challenging to get a seat. Enjoyed everything else about view and tilt. Pictures taken were a bit pricey if you wanted.
