- Extra hygiene precautions are being taken due to the COVID-19 virus. All equipment and the Essaouira-Ranch transfer cars are thoroughly disinfected several times a day. Hand sanitizers are provided at numerous locations like bathroom, kitchen, reception and the office.
- A minimum of 3 full prices tickets is required
- 0-4 years free (sharing the dromedary with parents, maximum one child with one adult) 5 to 8 years: half price if sharing the dromedary (maximum one child with one adult) and full price if riding alone from 9 years: full price if riding alone or sharing the dromedary NB: each dromedary can have a maximum of two people on it, even in the case of a baby, for safety reasons. If there are three children in a family of two adults, the oldest child will have a dromedary on its own or with the guide, paying the corresponding fee

It was an unforgettable hope to ride on the beach🐴🙌
We went on the ride with the lovely guide Mustafa! We arrived at the ranch and had a quick, smooth check-in. Mustafa met us and lead us to the camels. We were both a little nervous because the camels were very big. Mustafa instantly relaxed us with his lovely, gentle manner. On the trip he told us loads of really interesting facts about camels and the desert. He took some lovely photos of us on the camels. We rode along the beach and the sand dunes. It felt as though we were timeless (in a good way!). If you are looking for a tour guide who loves their animals and treats them kindly Mustafa's the one for you! He is very skilled and easy to get along with. There were little breaks during the trip which were good for recharging. It felt adventurous and special! Thank Ranch de Diabat and Mustafa! Our beautiful guide Mustafa was amazing ! He was patient kind and knowledgeable about all things Camels and nature. A Camel whisperer who blew my mind how he was able to communicate with kindness and respect with the Calels who were bilingual !!!It blew our minds . Many thanks to all who work hard on this ranch. Excellent experience with our guide, Mustapha! 2 hours of camel riding among the ruins, dunes and on the beach of Essaouira. Mustapha has a clear connection with his animals and knows the nature around him very well (commented on the animal tracks in the sand). He took the time to answer our questions and allowed us to get off our camels to take a photo of a turtle we met along the way! We felt confident with Mustapha. The animals are well treated, which motivated this idea of an activity to share with the family. I recommend without hesitation and would be delighted to be able to return there one day.

Fabulous 2 hour camel trek with Moustafa. He is a great guide, kind to his camels and a wonderful photographer. Sitting on a camel, walking through the surf at sundown, with a warm breeze, is hard to beat. Hope you were OK in the earthquake!
Ranch de Diabat was awesome! Very helpful, organized. Our guide was extremely friendly! We did a 3 hour camel ride along the beach. It was nice and calm and the camels were great. We walked out, rested on the beach for a bit and climbed the dunes then walked back. Great for animal lovers. My 11 and 14 year olds wanted to go back again the next day. :-)
I can't recommend this place enough. If you're keen on camel riding, this is the place to book over the camels you see on the beaches in town. The trip was extremely well organised, clear emails and pricing, car pickup at a requested location and helpful WhatsApp messages. Importantly, these guys are insured and the animals are kept well and cared for. The ranch is beautiful and while we waited we got to walk around and pet the horses. Our guide was like a camel whisperer who has trained them to respond to commands without a whip or even reigns, he was great with our kids who had the best time. It really isn't very expensive for the experience, I'd highly recommend it and it is great to get out of town and ride through a really beautiful spot.
Ranch Diabat brings together the best activity offers to give a touch of magic to your stay in Essaouira. We opted for the 2-hour camel ride at sunset. Ahmed gave us all the directions to find the meeting point. Achraf gave us a photo/video session halfway through. We have wonderful memories of this trip! The icing on the cake: Mustapha dropped us off directly at the hotel and gave great advice for going to dinner in the evening. I recommend!
We had an amazing sunset camel walk with Mustafa, through the dunes and along the beach. The camels were lovely, so well behaved and Mustafa clearly cared for all of them. It was a privilege to spend time with them. The ranch collected us from our hotel and returned us back after the walk. Would really recommend this trip.
