3 night Honeymoon Adventure

11/10 Recommend! Far exceeded our expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our entire trip and our guide, Juan Carlos really took our trip to the “next-level”. He worked so hard to help us spot more exotic wildlife than we ever expected to and we learned SO much about the plants and animals that inhabit the area. All of the guides are excellent though and VERY knowledgeable. We are leaving feeling like we are a part of the family at this lodge. Food is excellent and eaten in a gorgeous dining area, so it’s easy to make friends with other travelers or simply share stories about what you saw on your excursions that day. Beautiful bar with beer and mixed drink options. There were plenty of activities to keep you engaged but also some down time each day to relax and listen to the beautiful sounds of the rainforest from your open air room. We even saw titi monkeys, playing in the trees outside room! Waking up to the distant growl of howler monkeys amidst the songs of exotic birds and chirping tree frogs, in the mornings just does something to reignite the soul and relax all at the same time. For activities, we did the Macaw Clay lick, mammal clay lick, canopy tower, night walk and sunset cruise which were all great! Saw animals such as capybara, white caiman, macaws, parrots, toucans, howler monkeys, deer, agouti, wild hogs, turkeys, tarantulas, snakes and tree frogs and scorpions. If you want to unplug from the rest of the world, and plug into nature and rejuvenation, this is your place. I recommend everyone do a trip like this at least once in your lifetime. Well worth the money.
