- As of June 11, 2022, all travelers over 18 years old must have three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. That means two regular doses plus a booster. Passengers from 12 to 17 years old must prove they are vaccinated with two doses. If they do not have a complete scheme, they must present the negative result of an RT-PCR test taken no more than 48 hours before boarding in their country of origin.

See the Amazon jungle from Peru. Tambopata very accessible via 40 minute flight from Cusco. The accommodation and food was great, and our guide, Saay, was superb. So knowledgeable and flexible with some intent to optimise our experience, dealing with some overnight storms. Highly recommend to through Palotoa and ask for Saay!
The hotel was ok although I picked up a Bacteria bug Guest relations were good but the Activity leader was not good at all. Inflexible, arragant , spoke to fast as though he was a fast forward recording Pity
The boat ride to the eco lodge was pleasant and the welcome was excellent. The manager was always ready to help - even to the point of giving me medication for itching from bug bites I received a few days before arriving while watching stars in the area - every 8 hours. The bungalows were DARLING! So comfortable, so cozy. Mine was a suite that looked over the Madre De Dios Río. It was incredible! The guides were all so knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to make my short trip well worth it. Louis, Ronald and Alejo were all excellent! The cooking staff prepared pretty and tasty dishes! My only thoughts on things that could improve this awesome experience are: +more options for food (everyone eats the same thing at every meal) +my shower didn’t have much pressure or warm water +when the weather didn’t permit for certain activities it was a real bummer for me because I was only there for a few days - so other options in those situations. I would still highly recommend this to visitors to this area!
<p>Great experience . Our guide Ronal was the best very hard working guy and very knowledgeable. I have to mention Sara's name a great person in charge of the lodges . Wonderful food always , and the Lodges on the rivers edge were amazing great , great experience after all</p>
<p>Absolutely was the best part of our trip. Wish we could have stayed for more days. Our tour guide Ronaldo was incredible. Food was very accommodating I'm vegan and delicious. Would 100 recommend to anyone looking to go.</p>
