Disgusting company, booked through getyourguide, no mention of bukit elephant park, I booked Phuket elephantvreserve........ STOP MISLEADING CUSTOMERS WITH INCORRECT NAME. Call it bukit, then we know what we are getting instead of tricking people into believing its an accredited ethical sanctuary. Refund refused despite lies.
