Itinerary
Every spring and summer the four islands that make up the reserve become a nesting ground for approximately 4 million seabirds. Several different species that can be seen on the islands include: the second largest colony of Leach’s Storm-Petrel in the world (620,000 pairs), Common Murre, Razorbill Auk, Black-Legged Kittiwake, Great Black-backed Gull, Black Guillemot, Nothern Fulmar, Thick-billed Murre, and Herring Gull.

Great fantastic experience.
I can honestly say this was the absolute best experience of my almost 4 years in Canada! O'Brien's Boat Tours made my biggest dream come true. I finally saw whales, and the emotions I felt are something that will stay with me forever. No money in the world can measure this kind of happiness. This is my second time in 2 years. I recommend O'Brien's boat tour over any other. The entertainment platform is second to no other. Liam is a blast and always welcoming to any / all questions. Yesterday on the 2 O'clock tour my wife, son and daughter not only got to see their first puffin but also an onslaught of different species of whales. I'd also like to say that even though time was running out and pretty much up they were gracious enough to keep putting around the harbour for the glorious whale spectacle i have ever seen. Last but not least thank you for trying to jig a cod the old way to no success. But at least my son and daughter got to see how it was done in the day. See you guys again next year!!! We had a wonderful time with OBriens today. Tour guide Liam, Captain and all the crew were wonderfully engaging and friendly! We were lucky enough to see a pair humpbacks before we even left the harbour. Liam was so knowledgeable and entertaining (great singing voice!) he really made it an experience, not just a boat ride. Highly recommend.

This tour was excellent! From the guide's commentary to the captain's impressive skills, everything was extremely well done. We spent about an hour viewing a pair of whales off Gull Island, and enjoyed the experience immensely.

The boat tour was really fun. Noah was a great tour guide and we got to see puffins, whales, and dolphins even on a foggy day. It definitely won't be the case for everyone, but it was a great experience while in Newfoundland
