Excellent guide. The dunes are amazing. The campsite has many bathrooms and the pool is great. The service at the bar is mto good tb.
We had a wonderful overnight tour with our guide Steven. We were able to see many of the sights, including the Deadvlei, Namib desert and sand dunes, and enjoyed climbing the big daddy dune. Camping was at a comfortable site where we got to enjoy the incredible night sky. Overall, we’d highly recommend this tour for those short on time who want to get a taste of the Sossusvlei area.
It was absolutely brilliant. MC our driver & guide was fantastic. His knowledge was really good and he was all round brilliant with every aspect. No stone left unturned to make sure everything went smoothly. He is is a credit to the company. As for the trip it was breathtaking. We got to see things with expert knowledge and as our guide was experienced we got to see these sights (Deadvlei, Soussesvlei and the canyon) at tim s when we were the only people there
We had an amazing experience with our guide and driver MC. He was a very experienced guide and was a lot of fun to talk with. The tour was also very flexible and we always had several options to accommodate our interests/needs throughout and that was very nice as well. The camping experience was also surprisingly pleasant and a lot more comfortable and nicer than we had ever imagined. Highly recommend taking this tour!
He explained slowly and politely, even to me, who was not good at English. The tent was also set up smoothly. He responded so he could see Deadfray before anyone else.
I went from Windhoek to Seslim with a fun driver named AXEL. He was funny, kind and a very gentle driver. He spoke slowly to us, even though we didn't speak much English, and even interpreted for us. They will pick you up on time. Along the way, we encountered Namibian birds and snakes, and AXEL told us more. Thanks to Mr. AXEL, I arrived in Deadfray in second place and had a monopoly on the amazing scenery. I will never forget the night we had a drink together. Thank you for the long drive. Thanks to AXEL, it was an unforgettable trip to Namibia. See you again soon.
This time is my first visit to Namibia. My friend and my self booked 2days Sossusvlei, our provider, Steven brought us to amazing locations and showed us great sunrise and sunset views! Also, Steven has very good communication with us! He speaks English and Japaness very well!
TK Namibia Tours organized a nice trip to the wilderness of Namibian deserts. The tour followed the agreed itinerary, departed on time, and had all the promised inclusions. Maybe the guide sometimes seemed a bit off as he didn't go to all the places with us and we returned earlier than planned (we could have spent more time at the sites), but in general, it was a good trip.
I had a bad experience on this tour. The guide was Steve, but he didn't even guide us on the desert tour. Also, even though we had paid for lunch, he tried to end the tour without lunch, so when I asked him, "Where are you going to eat lunch?" he yelled at me, "You should have asked me that on your own! It's your fault that you couldn't eat lunch!" He also yelled at me, "Is it a baby who can't even control himself? This is the first time I've ever seen anything like this!" He also said, "You're noisy!" just because I said the air conditioner in the car was cold. Although the tour's website said that Japanese was available, I could hardly speak Japanese. I complained to the tour company about this incident, but they blamed everything on the customer, saying, "It's your fault for not being able to control it. They don't care about the guide." I had such a bad experience that I decided not to do this tour again.
