Important Information

- The local tour operator can request your some passport details for the bookings of your flight tickets. If you do not share the details, your domestic flight tickets can not bookable.
- The local tour operator will send e-tickets of your domestic flights at three days before your departure date. You will not need the print out copies of the tickets for domestic flights. Your passport and reservation number on the tickets will be enough for check-in to plane. Please note that, the local tour operator will not do check-in because of the personal preferences of the guests.
- You will have 15kg luggage + 8kg hand bag quota per person for each domestic flight. If you will need more luggage capacity, please inform that to the local tour operator. There could be some extra fee for luggage quotas more than 15kg.
- If you do connect any flight which arranged by your own to departure/return flight of this travel package, you may have a risk about miss one of them. This risk is about the delay/cancellation by airlines companies. We do not suggest that to safety of your booking. If there is any glitch because of this type arrangments by you, the local tour operator is not going to be responsible.
- The check-in time of the hotels is 02.00pm. If hotel rooms will be available for early check-in on first day of your trip, hotel managment and the local tour operator will provide early check-in to room for you.
- SEMI-PRIVATE TOURS : The guided daily tours of this trip package, limited to a maximum of 10 guests per group, provide an in-depth exploration of Cappadocia’s ancient sites and breathtaking landscapes.
- MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ! : Hot air ballooning is a fully weather-dependent activity and the Civil Aviation Authority determines whether the flight will be held. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you are entitled to a partial refund. In such a case, your refund will be processed by the day after of that trip.
- CAVE HOTEL ACCOMMODATION EXPERIENCES : The pre-planned hotels are "Yunak Evleri Hotel", "Zeydem Suites Cave Hotel" and "Misty Cave Hotel" for your accommodation on this travel package. You may choose one of them while booking. If these hotels (which you preferred) are not available for standard/superior rooms on your travel dates, the local tour operator can replace it with an equivalent hotel.
- The prices of package are valid for accommodation at the double or triple room. If you would like add accommodation on single room(s) to your booking, there could be supplement cost. There are not going to be any extra cost for bookings of single / solo travelers. They will already accommodate at single room.
- Hot Air Balloon Ride will be in “Standard Category”. This category ride has an One-hour approximately flight duration with 20 to 28 people capacity basket. The flight duration could be 50-55 minutes or 65-70 minutes. This situation depend the weather conditions before landing, and pilots are decide to that within the safety rules of Civil Aviation Authority. Total activity duration is approximately 3 hours.
- If your return hotel is different than pick-up hotel, please inform that detail immediately. If you inform that detail after organised your flight tickets, the local tour operator can request extra cost because of the distances between the airports and some hotels. If you inform this type changes on service day (last day of your trip), the local tour operator do not confirm this last minute amending and drop you to your pick-up hotel.
- If your pick-up / drop-off hotels are inside of airports (IST and SAW airports) the local tour operator do not provide any hotel pick-up / drop-off service in Istanbul.
- If you do not use any service or give up join to activities / tours / airport transfers, that's meaning is going to be last minute cancellation. Because of that, there is not going to be any refund for that.
- If you would like change your scheduled domestic flight(s) after organised them, the local tour operator can request new flight ticket cost. The flight tickets can not refundable after organized.
- This tour is not valid for bookings to ages under 18.
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required.
- Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.

This trip was so incredible! Our hotel (Yunak Evleri) was incredible! I didn’t have to worry about flights, hotel, transfers, or the tours. The company took care of everything. I just relaxed and had a great time. Mustafa (John) was our guide and he was so knowledgeable and kind! He answered all of our questions. Our balloon ride was cancelled, which was super disappointing, but we can’t help weather…. I guess that just means we’ll be back!!! Thank you!

Sunrise hot air balloon ride spectacular! Camel ride a great experience with camel leader who took fantastic photos and video with stunning Red and Rose Valley background for each guest. All day tour, highlights being Goreme Open Air Museum and Fairy Chimneys, with extremely knowledgeable guide Eli, was excellent! Zeydam Cave Suites provided a unique and luxurious experience, especially with lovely garden and free turkish breakfast in cafe.
Besides the view on the balloon being spectacular. The whole experience was a mess. What a waste of money this tour was. I booked early and my cave hotel was terrible. Peak summer and no air conditioner in the room. Actually there was no one at the hotel at all. They didn’t even provide lunch or dinner. And breakfast was cold cuts and one fried egg. I booked the best package with the premium hotel and it couldn’t be any worse. The camel ride was pathetic nothing like the pictures shown. The balloon ride was nearly cancelled as they couldn’t get the balloon up. They tried to blame the weather but there was 100 others in the air. Everyone was so angry. We missed sunrise and no compensation. I can’t believe I booked this tour

The photos are sample and showing the district. Please do not forget!!! Cappadocia district is covering over 270km square and you can not catch 100% same view always. Kind regards
Nice hotel, service minded personel and great tour on the second day. Negative was the way to early flight to get to Cappadocia, the only thing to do the first day was the so-so camel safari witch lasted about one hour. Rest of first day was just nothing. Unfortunatly my baloon ride the second day got cancelled because of to much wind, and if it hadn't been for the great tour we had later that day I'd say it wasn't worth the trip. Our guide Eda was a 10!
It was a great experience since they transported us from the hotel to the airport and vice versa; The Hotel was luxurious and beautiful, the people who treated us at the hotel were very welcoming. The balloon ride experience is unforgettable; The food at the hotel and on the tours was very good. And the entire team that made this dream come true, I congratulate them, was impeccable and very coordinated. And Fátima, who was our guide on the tour, is an excellent guide. It was a nice experience 💯 recommended. Everything very organized. The guide in Spanish, Fatima, a loving person, explained every detail with great love and passion for her work, an excellent photographer. The camel experience was spectacular and the lord of the camels made us a video with music, a beautiful memory. The impressive cave hotel and its staff are very good people. Rich breakfast. We didn't do the balloon because it was canceled due to bad weather but they still made the two days wonderful. We would return 😍

The Camel ride and the pickup to and from the airport we truly nice. The second day tour is a total fraud! We were supposed to go visit places like the Goreme outdoor museum and instead they took us to a ceramic and leather factory. We complained to Viator and they have not even bothered replying to us!
The services are very good and punctual, the landscape is incredible and it was a success to book this tour with everything included since it was easier to organize. The only bad thing is that they canceled our balloon trip due to the weather (wind) but luckily they refunded our money for that excursion in 3 days. People don't speak English very well in general so go with a lot of patience or have a translator prepared. The camel ride was very fun and the guided tour was very good, the transfers were impeccable, one even had chairs with a massager! Beautiful experience

I would have stayed longer or I will do it again in the future! It was great to have the flights and taxi/shuttle booked in advacne to make the most out of Cappadocia.
