As with any wildlife reserve, sightings cannot be guaranteed since the animals are free to roam in their natural habitat. Regarding your booking, it’s important to note that you made arrangements one day before Christmas, a peak travel period, when securing accommodation can be particularly challenging. Despite this, we managed to book and pay for your lodging. Later, you informed us that you found a competitor offering a lower price and chose to cancel. While we understand your decision, a full refund was not feasible as we had already incurred costs on your behalf. Nonetheless, we offered a 50% refund as a gesture of fairness. Finally, payment was processed through a secure and trusted platform. While we don't control transactions between your bank and the platform, it was a reliable option provided for your convenience. We value your feedback and hope for greater understanding and respect for the efforts involved in organizing tours, especially during challenging periods.
