Our guide Summer is very caring, patient and accommodating. Their contacted us via messaging way before the actual date to find our ot acertain hotel info etc and keeping that communixatiin portal open is really reassuring for us. The guide and driver are truely friendly and the guide command of English is really good and we have no peoblem understanding plus vehicle provided are really suited to our needs too. Not to mention, the guide Summer has great knowledge on the history of Xian plus history of ancient China per se. Great bargain and highly recommended for anyone coming Xian.

I booked a private tour for Xi'an and Shanghai for three people, with a private car and english-speaking tour guide. Everything was very well arranged and according to plan. Both of the hotels were very nice and well located. We had some free time in our tour plan as well, and it was quite easy to walk around and visit other places from our hotels. The tour guides were very kind and gave us a lot of information about the cities, specially about historical facts, something we were really interested about, and also gave us great tips for our time in China, and also for shopping. The experience overall was excellent, and I would highly recommend China Xian Tour if you would like to have a comfortable experience and just enjoy the city without any worries.

Our guide "Noble" was fantastic in Xi'an! He made my trip truly unforgettable. His knowledge of Xi'an's history was incredible, and he brought the city's past to life with his engaging storytelling. He made me feel like I was walking through time as we explored the Terracotta Army and the ancient city walls. A knowledgeable guide is really important to enjoying a city with such a long and colourful history.

I went on the private two day tour of Xi'an this weekend with Chinaxiantour. The tour was great! Got to see all the highlights in a short amount of time: Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses, biked along the City Wall, visited the Drum and Bell towers, saw the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, visited the Shaanxi History Museum, and visited the Muslim Quarter to taste local food. The service was door to door and they answered every question I had before I left on my trip. I traveled by myself as a college student from Shanghai and I felt completely safe during the whole experience. They suggested and helped me arrange my flight and hotel reservations (since these were not included in the tour) and picked me up and dropped me off at the airport in a nice air conditioned van. Cloris my tour guide was very professional, informative, and spoke very good English. She knew a lot of stories about Xi'an and was very interesting to learn the history of this great city. Make sure to bring a good camera since you will be taking a lot of pictures. Expect a lot of crowds at these popular tourist attractions and hot weather especially during the summer. Also make sure you add on the Tang Dynasty Dumpling Dinner and Show- great experience and amazing show. Would recommend this company and tour- you won't regret it!

I had a private tour of the soldiers, the City Wall and the Muslim Quarter. My guide (Ken) was very personable, his English was faultless and he went well above and beyond to ensure that my tour was by far the best I have ever taken. (And I've been on many). Ken's expert knowledge of the sites I toured provided me with interesting information that one does not get on a typical "touristy" tour. My driver was exceptional and skillfully maneuvered difficult traffic situations. I felt secure and safe with this driver and this guide and would highly recommend this agency and this tour to anyone going to China and wanting a "once in a lifetime" experience.

Highly recommended company. I just found them over searching the internet a day before our trip to Xi'an. The communication was well handled from the time we started the conversation (over online chat) through to email correspondences for quotations, payments, confirmations, and final instructions. We took a 2 day private tour package and both our guides (Zsazsa and Wendy) who's been assigned over the 2 day course of time are well knowledgeable of Xi'an history and were so pleasant to deal with. -- almost felt like we've known them for long. They were flexible in meeting our tour needs and ensured us that we are picked up and dropped off from our hotel in time.
