- Flight tickets are economy class for all options, with 15 kg check-in luggage and 8 kg hand baggage allowance for each domestic flight. If you require additional baggage allowance, please contact us directly.
- The balloon ride is available as an optional activity and is not included in the price for all options. Balloon flight ticket prices vary based on season and demand. For accurate information, please specify your request in the special requests section when booking this tour. We will promptly contact you to provide the latest details
- Please note that hot air balloon flights require optimum weather conditions. All flights are subject to cancellation by the Civil Aviation Authority at any time, and there is no right to object to these decisions. Safety is paramount, and decisions made for flight safety reasons are final. While Cappadocia offers rich historical experiences beyond balloon flights, we advise considering the possibility of flight cancellations if your visit is solely for this activity
- The package prices are based on accommodation in standard double or triple rooms. If you prefer a single room, a supplement cost will apply. Please inquire about the single room supplement cost when booking.
- Supplier will send your domestic flight tickets two days before of your departure date
- If your balloon flight ticket reservation with us is canceled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund
- Pick-up service is available from various hotels in Istanbul.
- This tour/activity offers two options: a small group tour with a maximum of 15 people and a private tour exclusive to your group
- We may adjust the pickup time based on the flight schedule to ensure you can join the tours in Cappadocia
- Please be aware that we do not provide an assistant service for airport transfers. Your driver will drop you off at the entrance of İstanbul Airport. Be sure to follow the check-in instructions provided beforehand. Once you arrive at your destination airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name.

Our Cappadocia tour last May 25–26 was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was very well organized, making the entire trip smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. The roundtrip flights from Istanbul were arranged perfectly, and the itinerary was packed with amazing sights and experiences. Our licensed tour guide, Ozay, was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, sharing fascinating history and stories about Cappadocia that made every stop even more meaningful. Visiting the Ozkonak Underground City, Zelve Open Air Museum, and the iconic Fairy Chimneys was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect combination of comfort, culture, history, and stunning scenery. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the beauty and magic of Cappadocia!

The tour was well organized from start to finish and communication with us throughout was very good. Cappadocia is a beautiful place to visit. The tour was good. If you are pressed for time, then seeing Cappadocia this way is effective. We did the balloon ride on a separate tour. The only issue with this overnight tour is if the balloon ride is cancelled due to weather you don’t have a backup day to go up. Our guide said in spring and fall the balloon rides are cancelled more often than in summer so we were lucky. Our guide for our tour - Ozay was excellent. We visited a number of artisan shops as part of the tour. A couple were interesting to me others not so much because we had already bought goods elsewhere. If you don’t want to visit, don’t feel pressured to go inside. Be prepared for a long 2 days, from early morning hotel pickup, around 4am in Istanbul to a late night return the next day. We got to our hotel in Istanbul on our return after midnight. Remember, if you do the balloon ride, you will be picked up at your hotel in Cappadocia around 4:30 am. I recommend the tour but just be prepared for a couple of long days.

Because of the weather conditions we are not allowed to fly a hot air balloon. Nevertheless, we spent a nice time. Good tour and very good organization.

We booked tge 2 day Cappadocia tour with balloon flight, and honestly it was one of tge best expeeriences of our trip to Turkey. Everything was perfectly orgabized from the beginning. The flights, hotel arrangements all transfers and tours webt smooth and stress free. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and we never felt rushed duriing the tours. The balloon ride was definitly amazing and stunning view. Staying the Empire cave hotel expierence was unique, and well located. The tour is well organized and agencia keep you informed on who will pick you up, as well as providing directions. You have to deal with the time for dropping people at their hotels but the groups are small. We had excelent guides, mainly Mustafa. He perfectly knows the region and is absolutelly enthusiastic about it. He also adapts to the type of group and provides relevant information. Capadoccia is a wonderful place full of alternatives for staying and eating, as well for options to fly in baloons. Be aware that not everyday is possible to fly in Cappadocia and the local company could offer you other location. Be very clear on that and try to have the balloon tour since your inicial reservation. Try not to pay cash at the last minute because could be more expensive. The Cave suite for staying is not for everybody. Check if you are claustrophobic. Not a luxurious trip but a very nice one.
