14 Days/ 13 Nights -Sri Lanka Tour on Culture, Wildlife & Beaches

It was perfectly executed. 11+ passengers with extended family, I thought it will be a challenge. But the planning and care Sam and his tour company, Lanka Suri, took nade it smooth, enjoyable and perfect. Guide Chamal, driver Sana and helper Roy all contributed towards making it a fantastic tour and experience. 🙏

We had a great experience with this travel company during our two week-long trip in Sri Lanka. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. Our first driver, Jeevan, was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel comfortable right away. Later, our driver changed to Nishan, who was just as professional and welcoming and ensured the rest of our journey was just as enjoyable. Both drivers created a relaxed and positive atmosphere throughout the trip and went out of their way to help. Overall, excellent service and we would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Sri Lanka.

I travelled for 2 weeks to celebrate my mum's 75th birthday with two of her friends, my wife and young kids (3 and 5). We were lucky to have the company of Chamal, our driver and guide. He was the perfect window through which to experience this beautiful country, with its friendly people and delicious foods. The trip was organized very efficiently by Don Rukshan and Don Samantha, with varied types of accommodation (some better than others) and a route suited to our group's varied ages and interest. The van served our purpose well and comfortable for long drives every other day. A kid seat and booster were provided for the kids. Chamal is a patient and experienced driver, we never had any concerns about our safety. Chamal went above and beyond to make our trip special. He was a calm presence when both our kids got badly hurt at the same time and had to be taken to hospital, he then organized the next doctor consultation for us. He was very resourceful when he found us a teacher to have our own private cultural dance class with drummers and dancers, that was one our highlights. He mediated with one of our hotels for a token refund when they didn't deliver on their promised amenities. He even insisted on buying my mum's cake on her birthday. He is extremely kind and approachable not just to us but in all his interactions with everyone we came across on our trip. On our second last day, Chamal had to leave us due to a family emergency but waited till we met our driver for our final trip to the airport Nisha (who also drove very well). We were instantly comfortable with Chamal when he met us at the airport and that comfort just increased with every day. Today, my kids remember him not as the driver but as part of our family on this trip. I strongly recommend you ask for him as your Sri Lankan guide and driver.

The company provided an amazing holiday sharing an agreed itinerary over the number of days we had available and that matched our interests (and with a hotel grade to suit our budget). Jeewan our tourist chauffeur was much more than an excellent driver but used his knowledge and experience to provide a friendly and professional service that ensured we got the best from our trip.

We had a wonderful experience touring Sri Lanka with Chamal as our driver and guide. He is extremely professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about the country. He guided us well throughout the trip and suggested great places that truly enhanced our experience. His driving was always smooth, safe, and comfortable, which gave us complete peace of mind. He is caring and trustworthy. On a couple of occasions when our 5-year-old daughter could not accompany us, we felt completely comfortable leaving her with Chamal. He was very accommodating to our family’s needs and always had a warm, friendly attitude. We highly recommend Chamal to anyone looking for a reliable, safe, and thoughtful driver-guide in Sri Lanka.

There were 7. 16 days with Chamal as an excellent driver through Sri Lanka. This way of travelling is safe and relaxed because Chamal could tell us a lot about the country, booked us tickets for a train ride from Ella, led us to sights that were not on our to do list and it was exciting and varied every day. He has always responded to our wishes, waited patiently for us and travelling together was an asset to us. We can highly recommend this driver with his Enterprise!!!

We had a wonderful time with Chamal! He‘s a very experienced driver with great knowledge about the country! We felt safe at all time. Sri Lanka was a feast for the eyes.The mountains , weterfalls,beaches , wildlife, food and people are wonderfully unique. Sam easily organised a tour to suit our taste , pace and budget. Driver Chamal proudly made a totaly memorable experience with his safe driving , care and attention to every detail. I highly recomend Sam and his driver Chamal.

Our party had a great experience with our driver/guide, Chamal, who was great at communicating with us and our various accommodations as well as giving us interesting insights in all the places we visited. He had prepared an great itinerary for us prior to our arrival, and was very flexible whenever we changed our plans on short notice. He was a very careful driver, especially since we had a couple people who were prone to car sickness, and got us to each of our destinations safely.
