Wild and remote scenery. Masherbrum peak (7821m), also known as K1, is a uniquely shaped mountain whose snow-capped tip evokes trepidation and awe. Beyond the Hushe village lies the overshadowing presence of Masherbrum and a trail leading to the summer pastures of Hushe villagers. This short & easy trekking into the heart of the Karakorams is recommended to adventurers of all levels and ages. The only glacier point walking is a straightforward 30-minute section before the base camp.
