Awesome time learning how to make causa, pisco sours, and ceviche with Dasha! She was an excellent culinary guide and we had a great experience. ~14 people or so, fun crowd. You get some history and background on each dish, and solid portions (felt like a full meal between the causa and ceviche), along with a taster pisco sour on arrival and a final shot after! We were there for ~2.5h. Lovely spot on the rooftop overlooking the main bar floor. Highly recommended.
Amazing people what an experience, over 3 hours of the whole experience, chef Dasha was fantastic teaching us the story of ceviche and pisco, drink were incredible, plenty of food thank you Dasha!
We had an amazing experience. It was so much fun and the food we cooked ourselves was actually very good! Dasha is an extraordinary chef and instructor. We really recommend to do this cooking class - nice activity.

We did a class with Chef Camila and she was great! We had a fun and interactive class however we were told that we would be sent certificates and photos and after providing my email address and reaching out via their social media page I still haven’t received anything after 10 days which is a little disappointing.
I had a great experience with this cooking experience! Our guide, David, was very patient and kind and was willing to answer any questions about the dishes. The entire experience was also very well organized and sanitary. I would definitely recommend this experience!
A great afternoon cooking Peruvian food. David was an engaging and dynamic host with excellent English. In fact, he had trouble getting us to leave!! Pisco now in our luggage. Highly recommended
