1 Hour of Chocolate Pizza Making Class in Jacksonville
Description
The art of chocolate tempering is not something many people can say they've tried! This class leaves the machines behind and YOU work with the chocolate. Guests will get to experience a tempering demonstration and learn about different types of chocolate Guests will then head to our second floor to pick out the most delicious mix of candies and chocolates to decorate their own pizzas. No pizza is complete without cheese so drizzle some white chocolate on top to finish it off!

This was a fun tour. You get to pick whatever candy you want to put on your chocolate bars. Each person gets to make 3 candy bars. If you don't plan to eat all your candy bars while you are there then take something with you to keep the chocolate bars from melting in the car.
