Early in the morning, at 4:30 a.m., your professional English-speaking driver guide will pick-up you from Hotel and drive northwards to Volcanoes National Park in Musanze, home to more than 300 Mountain Gorillas. Upon arrival by 7:00 am, you will head to park headquarters for registration and a briefing from ranger guides about the Dos and don’ts, expectations for gorilla trekking while in the park. The ranger guide will share some of the gorilla trekking tips like no flash photography and later divide you in the different gorilla trekking groups. Depending on the location of the family of gorillas you will trek, you will have one magical hour to learn and observe the majestic mountain gorillas as they interact, play, groom, feed, and roam around as you take photos of a lifetime experience Retreat from the Gorilla trekking experience, have a Lunch break, and drive back to Kigali for drop off at the Hotel or Airport.
Experience the vibrant Intore dance, a traditional Rwandan warrior performance characterized by energetic movements and rhythmic drumming. Accompanied by songs such as Ibyivugo, Amakondera, and Inanga, these performances offer a captivating insight into Rwanda's musical heritage. You are often invited to join in, making it a lively and interactive experience. Engage in hands-on activities like weaving Agaseke baskets, pottery making, and crafting traditional mats and bags. These crafts are integral to Rwandan culture and provide you with a tangible connection to local traditions Discover the traditional process of making banana beer, a staple in Rwandan culture. You can observe and participate in the brewing process, culminating in a tasting session to experience this unique local beverage
After trekking and culture village on our way back to kigali you can stop and enjoy Gasumo waterfall, this is the place where you can enjoy the waterfall but it can also depend on how you feel. Gasumo Waterfall, located between Musanze district and Gakenke district in the northern province, is one of the most impressive sites in the country. The cascading water of the 50-meter-high waterfalls makes it a very popular destination for not only local tourists but also travelers from all over the world on their Rwanda tours. Visitors must hike through a steep path to reach the falls, but it is well worth the effort for the stunning views it offers. It is the perfect place to enjoy a picnic with friends or relax and escape the bustling city for a little while.

This was my first solo vacation, and I chose to visit Kigali, Rwanda, as I have been before and was familiar with the country but I specifically came to experience the gorilla trekking at Volcanoes National Park and to take a much-needed break. The trek exceeded all of my expectations—it was not only a great exercise in nature but also an incredible opportunity to learn about the country's conservation efforts. Seeing the gorillas was one of the most profound experiences of my life. Hallo all the safari to the gorilla was great experience to encounter with the wild animals. We spent more than an hour seated around three meters apart from the gorilla family of four the young one aged three years old was very playful teasing us, jumping on the Trees and lying on top of the silver -back father who seemed to weigh around five hundred kegs. it took us three hours to and fro where we had left our Land Cruiser. The trekking guiders were very friendly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the safari they kept cutting bushes with sharp pangas to make way through the very thick forest. The SILVERBIRD driver kept us busy all the way to and from the whole trip he too is very knowledgeable and friendly and careful driver. We had a fantastic trip all along. Thanks to the organizers.
