Thank you so much for riding with us and choosing bike safaris West Kilimanjaro was really unforgettable experience we're looking forward to offer you another unique package we have.
I chose the 25km route with the guide Alpha. I am not professional in cycling but I also really enjoyed the trip. We passed by rice farm, maize farm, sugar cane farm and villages. The views are very beautiful and peaceful. And the guide is very friendly and professional. My bike broke down on the half way, but Alpha fixed it in short time. He is also very patient and friendly, and always happy to help me take photos. And always check on me as well. Good experience!
Thank you for the wonderful review! We're glad you enjoyed the scenic 25km route and that Alpha's quick bike repair and photography skills made your trip even better. We hope to see you again soon to our multiple days bicycle tour.
Well worth it! Saw amazing sights that otherwise wouldn't have. Easy riding, mostly flat. Alfe was a great guide, always felt safe. Good value for $.
Thank you for feedback we're happy to hear that tour worth every penny and about how easy it's.
I had a wonderful tour with Alpha. It allowed me to see a side of Moshi that I would never have been able to experience on my own or while driving. We visited villages, local life, and farms, and I particularly enjoyed the forest. The total tour lasted about five hours and covered 35km. I'm not a regular biker, and I did it after trekking Kilimanjaro in 32°C heat. The path was mostly flat, with a total elevation difference of 130 meters. I highly recommend it!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! A huge congratulations on trekking Kilimanjaro—completing a 35km bike ride in that heat right after your climb is seriously impressive! We are so glad Alpha could show you the "hidden" side of Moshi, from the local farms to the forest. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to him. Safe travels!
The tour was fantastic. Alpha was a super capable, pleasant and knowledgeable guide. We saw so much of Moshi and surrounding area! Super highly recommended!
We appreciate you choosing our service! It's wonderful to receive feedback about Alfa; he truly keeps the spirit of great service alive with every ride. We're proud to have him on our team!
It’s a great idea to take this tour — it allows you to visit the villages around Moshi, get some exercise by biking, and the staff is very friendly. We finished with an excellent traditional Tanzanian meal.
That's fantastic! We're so glad you enjoyed the biking, our friendly staff, and the excellent traditional Tanzanian meal. Thank you for visiting the Moshi villages with us!
Had an amazing experience exploring the surroundings of Moshi with Alfa. We visited villages, sugar cane crops, rice farms, and the forest. Everything was great, including the very good bike and great food. Highly recommended activity for anyone who wants to see more than a safari and a hike on the Kili. Thanks again Alfa 🙏🏻
Thanks so much for the amazing review! We're thrilled you enjoyed exploring Moshi's surroundings with Alfa, especially the villages, farms, great bike, and food. We appreciate the high recommendation!
I did the bike tour before hiking Kilimanjaro, hoping to get a bit of a sense of local life. I had a wonderful guide who was knowledgeable, keen and spoke very good English. We cycled through the sugar cane plantation (with a quick stop to sample some sugar cane and look at the view from a lookout tower), a couple of villages (including rice fields), by some baobab trees (tasting their fruit), the forest reserve (seeing colobus monkeys and baboons), back along a railway, through a busy market, finishing off with lunch at a local restaurant. The guide was excellent at providing context for what I saw. The bike tour was a worthwhile experience.
Thank you guys for booking with us we're looking forward to riding with you again
I enjoyed this biking tour around Moshi and the surrounding farmlands, and the traditional lunch at a local restaurant at the end was a good final touch. My only complaint is that no pick-up time was organised for me, so a driver turned up unexpectedly at my hotel, despite me sending a message the day before to explain that no one had arranged a time and please contact me.
It's wonderful you enjoyed the biking tour and the traditional lunch! I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication regarding your pick-up time and the unexpected arrival of the driver. This is unacceptable, especially since you messaged us beforehand. We are immediately reviewing our internal procedures to ensure all pick-up arrangements are confirmed with customers promptly. Thank you for this crucial feedback, and we hope to offer you a seamless experience next time.
Great trip! Nice guides, and you see a lot of the real and beautiful Tanzania. Thank you! Every time again!
Thank you for booking with us and for trusting we're happy to welcome you again
