Zyprische Traditionen und Eselsabenteuer
Beschreibung
Besucher haben die Möglichkeit, zu sehen, wie der traditionelle zyprische Käse, Halloumi und Olivenkuchen hergestellt werden. Anschließend folgt eine Führung über die Farm, bei der sie einen der ältesten Olivenbäume im Mittelmeerraum sehen und etwas über die Geschichte und Eigenschaften der Esel erfahren können. Die Führung endet mit einer Verkostung der Produkte der Farm, darunter Eselsmilch und Hautpflegeprodukte sowie Bio-Olivenöl. Der letzte Teil des Ausflugs umfasst eine Mahlzeit, viel Wein und lebhafte Unterhaltung mit zypriotischen Tänzen und Musik.

• Ankunft auf der Farm „Golden Donkeys“ um 17:00 Uhr • Wir beginnen mit einer Halloumi-Liveshow. Unser Chefkoch zeigt den gesamten Herstellungsprozess dieses traditionellen Käses. • Zwischen Beginn und Ende des Käseherstellungsprozesses backen wir 30–40 Minuten traditionelles Olivenbrot (während des Meisterkurses, Zeichnen für Kinder). • 30-minütiger Rundgang über die Farm. Touristen können ein Wachsmuseum, ein traditionelles zypriotische Haus, unser Geflügel, unsere Ziegen und natürlich unsere Esel sehen. • Kurzer Eselritt (10 Minuten) • Verkostung von landwirtschaftlichen Produkten und Eselsmilchprodukten 30 Minuten • Abendessen um 19:00 Uhr, traditionelles Buffet (Vorspeisen, Salate, Bulgur, Dorfnudeln und Käse, Ofenkartoffeln mit Oregano und Olivenöl, Lamm, Schwein, Huhn, Wein, Wasser, Saft für Kinder) • Zypriotischer Abend um 19:30 Uhr. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Startzeit und die Abholzeit nicht gleich ist. Die Abholung beginnt um 15:00 Uhr in Protaras, 15:20 Uhr in Ayia Napa und 15:45 Uhr in Larnaca. Abholung von Limassol ist auf Anfrage. Sie werden 1-2 Tage vor der Aktivität über die genaue Abholzeit informiert. Der Treffpunkt in Gehweite kann zugeordnet werden.

So authentic and fun! You can see the passion of the owners and the pride they take in their work. A must see!
This was an absolutely fantastic tour packed with history, activities, food, entertainment, and, of course, donkeys. I enjoyed trying the different donkey milk products and hanging out with the donkeys. They're such friendly and adorable creatures. In the evening, there was a delicious buffet topped with dancing, music, and traditional Greek Cypriot entertainment. Had an absolutely brilliant time! I highly recommend this tour and would do it again myself!
This is one of those activities that delivers far more than you can imagine. Not only are the owner and staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but they help create a real party atmosphere (even though you learn a lot about donkeys and olive oil creation, as well as making Halloumi and Olive Pies) for your enjoyment. You will be surrounded by fellow guests from at least a dozen countries, and you will all dance as one (and shout “Opa” many, many times. The donkey milk products you will sample are fantastic. The homemade Halloumi is a real joy of deliciousness. The dinner and entertainment will leave you far more than satisfied. You will leave this place with a smile on your face and a song on your lips. Be sure to take a donkey ride to earn your “International Donkey Driving License “.

This experience absolutely exceeded all expectations and was the highlight of our holiday! Meeting point was given in advance and transport was already there waiting by the time we arrived. Good communication from tour provider following booking. Experience was fantastic, all activities listed in description took place. Food and drink was all you can eat/drink while you were there. Entertainment of dancing and singing was the best bit! Be prepared to get fully involved! I was travelling with a disabled companion and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was included throughout. Looking forward to coming again in the future!
