Die Tour beginnt mit einer kurzen Fahrt mit der Polybahn, die uns in nur drei Minuten vom Central auf die Panoramaterrasse vor dem Hauptgebäude der Technischen Bundesanstalt führt. Von hier aus genießen Sie atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die Stadt und entdecken faszinierende Einblicke in die ETH sowie die Beiträge der Schweiz zu Bildung, Wissenschaft und Innovation.
Entdecken Sie den bezaubernden Charme der Zürcher Altstadt, einem lebendigen Viertel voller Geschichte, Kultur und zeitloser Schönheit. Flanieren Sie durch die engen Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen, flankiert von mittelalterlichen Gebäuden, Boutiquen und einladenden Cafés. Bewundern Sie ikonische Wahrzeichen wie das Grossmünster und die Peterskirche, in der Europas größtes Zifferblatt zu sehen ist. Die Fraumünsterkirche ist eines der berühmtesten Wahrzeichen Zürichs, bekannt für ihre elegante Architektur und die atemberaubenden Buntglasfenster. Wir werden es von außen bewundern.
Die Peterskirche in Zürich ist berühmt für das größte Zifferblatt Europas. Mit einem Durchmesser von 8,7 Metern dominiert die Uhr den Turm der Kirche und ist ein markantes Merkmal der Zürcher Skyline.
Lindenhof ist eine ruhige Oase im Herzen Zürichs, reich an Geschichte bis 80 v. Chr. und als Geburtsort der Stadtgeschichte anerkannt. Mit seiner atemberaubenden Aussicht dient dieser malerische Park auch als perfekter Ort, um unvergessliche Fotos aufzunehmen.
Die seit 1889 in Betrieb befindliche Polybahn verbindet den zentralen Platz in der Nähe des Zürcher Hauptbahnhofs mit dem oberen Teil der Stadt und führt zur Eidgenössischen Technischen Hochschule (ETH Zürich).
Der Rindermarkt ist ein historischer und malerischer Platz in der Zürcher Altstadt, bekannt für seine charmante Mischung aus mittelalterlicher Architektur und modernem Stadtleben. Einst ein geschäftiger Viehmarkt – wie der Name schon sagt – hat sich der Rindermarkt in eine lebendige Gegend mit gemütlichen Cafés, Boutiquen und einladenden Restaurants verwandelt.
Nach Erkundung der Stadt und einer kurzen Wanderung auf dem heimischen Hügel kehren wir mit dem Boot nach Zürich zurück. Während der 45-minütigen Kreuzfahrt auf dem Zürichsee unterhalten wir uns bei einem Vorbeiflug an der Schokoladenfabrik Lindt über Schokolade und bewundern eine der exklusivsten Gegenden des Sees, in der Prominente wie Tina Turner zu Hause sind.
Nach dem Stadtrundgang geht es zu einem der Zürcher Juwelen Uetliberg oder Felsenegg, wo wir eine kurze Zug- oder Luftseilbahnfahrt nehmen, um atemberaubende Panoramablicke zu genießen. Dieser beliebte Erholungsort für Einheimische bietet atemberaubende Ausblicke auf Zürich, den See und die schneebedeckten Alpen. Wir unternehmen auch eine gemütliche Wanderung entlang des einzigartigen Planetenwegs, der ein verkleinertes Modell unseres Sonnensystems zeigt. Umgeben von der frischen Luft und der Schönheit des Waldes, beenden wir das Erlebnis mit einer malerischen Bootsfahrt zurück nach Zürich.

Had a great time, great group and guide. It was very hot and alot of walking, steps and inclines so heed the mobility questionaire but at days end we felt we had experienced Zurich and many forms of transportation!

Good tour to take to experience Zurich. Walking through all the little streets, taking public transportation to all the different spots. We got to experience, the funicular, tram, bus, train, cable car and boat. The views of the city, mountain and lake were beautiful. Our guide Constantine was funny and informative. We had a great time.

This was a great, long tour. It lasted 5 hours. We were a large group, so there were 2 guides, and we split up. We started off in the train station, and then went up a little tram to see some great views of the city. We learned a lot about the city! We then walked to the boat where we went halfway around Lake Zurich, which is beautiful. A short bus ride to the cable car to go up the mountain, where we had gorgeous views and had time to walk around and take pictures. Another short bus ride back to near the train station. A great way to see Zurich! Highly recommend!

I was in Switzerland for work this week, arriving on a tight schedule with only half a day to spare in Zürich before I needed to take the train down to southern Switzerland. I chose this tour based on the glowing reviews and an impressive itinerary, and I'm really glad I did. Customs at the airport took longer than expected, and I was worried I'd miss my start time. I reached out to Constantin ahead of time, and he was incredibly understanding. Being 30 minutes late ended up being a non-issue. As it turned out, I was the only one on the tour that Sunday, which made it feel even more special. We hit all the iconic spots in Zürich, and I came away with a real sense of Swiss culture and some genuinely fascinating stories along the way. The mix of walking, cable cars, and a lake cruise made for a fantastic full-day experience. Worth noting: this was during a historic heat wave, but we paced ourselves well with plenty of breaks and took advantage of the city's public water fountains to stay hydrated. That was a surprisingly charming detail I wouldn't have known about on my own. The highlight, though, was spending the day with Constantin. He's warm, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does, and that energy is contagious. I left feeling genuinely grateful for the experience. If you're visiting Zürich and have even a half day to spare, I'd highly recommend this tour. You'll see far more than you would on your own, and you'll leave with stories you couldn't have found on a map.

We started at the Ruby Hotel with Constantine, a new Swiss citizen originally from Romania with excellent English and German speaking skills. Our walking tour of old town was very detailed with great explanations. Our boat trip on the lake was an enjoyment and we got off at the fourth stop and walked and bussed up to the cable car ride. We had a great lunch at the top with priceless views of the lake and Zurich. We then headed down on the cable car did some walking around the town before grabbing the train to Zurich to complete our day at 4pm with all our questions answered and great memories and pictures. Highly recommend this tour as a great way to get familiar with Zurich and the local culture.
