Tickets für den Eiffelturm können nicht im Voraus erworben werden. Stattdessen müssen alle Kunden am auf Ihrem Voucher angegebenen Treffpunkt anwesend sein, wo der Gastgeber die Tickets aushändigt. Genießen Sie den Zugang zum 1. und 2. Stock mit dem Aufzug. Bewundern Sie die spektakuläre Aussicht auf Paris. Treffen Sie sich zunächst mit Ihrem Gastgeber am Treffpunkt vor dem Café Le Champ de Mars in der Avenue de la Bourdonnais 45. Tauschen Sie Ihre Voucher gegen Ihre Eintrittskarten für den Eiffelturm ein und begleiten Sie Ihren Gastgeber von dort aus bis zum 2. Stock des Turms.

Wenn der Zugang aufgrund einer Entscheidung der öffentlichen Hand eingeschränkt wird, wird keine Rückerstattung gezahlt. Wenn beispielsweise der Zugang zum Gipfel des Eiffelturms gesperrt ist, kann nur die Differenz zwischen den Kosten für ein Ticket für den Gipfel und ein Ticket für das zweite Stockwerk erstattet werden, da das 1. und 2. Stockwerk für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich bleiben.

- Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität dürfen nicht ins Gipfelgeschoss

Unfortunately due to the heat we were unable to access the summit as the lift mechanism is old and not coping with the extremely hot Parisian summer. It also took an hour to get to up to the second floor. It was only one part of the lift could be used for the first section reducing the number of those gaining access. This meant we missed the opportunity for clear photos of the city. The view and tower are spectacular, particularly when lit up at night. The flashing lights are at 10 and 11pm for approximately 5 minutes when we visited. Our guide Sabrina, who met us and took us into the tower was very knowledgeable. The meeting place for the tour is outside the restaurant on the corner.

I paid €260 for 4 people, while the ticket the guide gave us on-site was for €94. A €166 difference for agency fees, I think it's a rip-off. I will not recommend your agency to our friends or acquaintances.

Very informative guide (Dinesh sp?), and he did well controlling rude attendees. It was also not his fault that due the 90+ temperature the Summit was closed as our tour arrived at the Eiffel Tower. However, Viator’s advisement to not arrive late or you would miss the tour is/was false. We arrived 45 minutes early for the 4:30 PM tour to comply Viator’s warning, however the tour commenced 10-15 minutes late. The delay was due our guide waiting for a family to complete its lunch at the Cafe behind the meeting point and to process other late arriving customers.

Regarding the meeting time, we would like to clarify that we schedule the meeting approximately 30 minutes before the Eiffel Tower entry time to ensure a smooth check-in process and guarantee timely entry for all guests. Although there was a short operational delay on this occasion, we always recommend arriving at the designated meeting time, as the group departs together and late arrivals may miss the experience.
