- Das maximale Gewicht für jede Ziptrek Ecotour beträgt 125 kg (275 lbs). Die Kea-Tour hat ein Mindestgewicht von 30 kg (66 lbs).
- Gondeltickets sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen - wir empfehlen mindestens 60 Minuten für den Zugang zum oberen Skyline-Komplex vom Basisterminal, oder mindestens 90 Minuten in Spitzenzeiten
- Bitte bringen Sie das ganze Jahr über eine zusätzliche Kleidungsschicht mit! In den kühleren Monaten werden Jacken, Mützen und Handschuhe empfohlen Geschlossene Schuhe sind unerlässlich (keine Sandalen, Flip-Flops oder Schuhe mit hohen Absätzen)
- Vor Ihrer Ankunft ist es obligatorisch, ein Teilnehmer-Einwilligungsformular auszufüllen. Der Weblink zu diesem Formular befindet sich in Ihrem Gutschein
- Jugendliche unter 14 Jahren MÜSSEN von einem zahlenden Erwachsenen (15 Jahre und älter) auf der Tour begleitet werden. Diese Personen unter 17 Jahren müssen eine Ausnahmegenehmigung haben, die von einem Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigten unterzeichnet ist, der 18 Jahre oder älter ist.
- Wenn Sie oder jemand in Ihrer Gruppe an einer Krankheit oder einer kürzlich erlittenen Verletzung leidet, machen Sie uns darauf aufmerksam. Schwangere können nicht auf Tour gehen.

Great day of adventure. Ecoguides (Reef and Devon) were very informative, very polished in their presentations and great fun.

I had an amazing experience on the Kea 2-Line Tour with Ziptrek Ecotours in Queenstown. From the moment we started, the team made us feel welcome, safe, and confident. The guides were friendly, professional, and shared interesting facts about the native forest and the company's conservation efforts along the way. The ziplining itself was so much fun, and the views over Queenstown and Lake Whakatipu were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect mix of adventure, nature, and learning. I highly recommend Ziptrek Ecotours to anyone looking for a unique adventure in Queenstown. Thank you to the wonderful team for making it such a memorable experience!
From the moment we walked into the office the experience was brilliant. We were greeted by friendly staff who were accomodating and informative. We booked in person and when we arrived to take part in the activity, the team who met us were also friendly and supportive. They gave us great advice and welcomed us with great hospitality. Sam was very kind and explained what was going to happen and Sydney was funny and made us feel warm and welcome. Both clearly love their jobs as they had so much passion. They led our group with kindness, humility and a lot of extra info we weren't expecting such as local history and eco/sustainability facts which I really appreciated. Great value for money and an exhilarating experience where I felt supported, valued and looked after. Highly recommend this as a fun, adrenaline activity with amazing views and a great team. Thanks so much to Sam and Sydney. We had a great afternoon.
Our experience with Liv and Harry was awesome yesterday! It was so fun but also informative. From someone who can be a bit of a chicken, these guys made me feel safe and confident to give it a go. Highly recommend this experience!

Our Zipline experience was so great. 2 adults 2 kids ages 7 & 8. We did the Moa line, 4 zips and that was enough for the 7 year old who was a bit nervous, but 8 year old thrill seeker wanted more so would do the 6 lines next time for him. Over all great experience, great views, lots of fun and really lovely team looking after us. Will absolutely do this again if we come back down to Queenstown.
We had so much fun zip lining! It took maybe 1.5-2 hours. My only complaint is that it wasn’t longer. I will likely go back and do this again!
Our family of four did the Kea-6-line. We love the entire experience; booking was seamless, both guides Ben and Flynn, were fantastic. The zip lines were excellently setup; we could tell safety was a priority with this company and its guides. Will highly recommend.
