Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain Ticketbuchung

Beschreibung

Horrible experience and a massive tourist trap! We had tickets for 3pm and ended up guessing until around 6pm so when we finally made it to the mountain it was dark and we were not able to do the tour. Additionally, the cable is under construction so we had to go on an extremely dangerous busride to get to the mountain. Would NOT recommend!
Dear Andrea, Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the long queues and overcrowding you experienced. As a ticket booking agency, we successfully secured your entrance tickets as requested. However, we regret that the waiting times and cable car operations are managed by the scenic area and were beyond our control. Your feedback is highly valuable to us. To enhance future experiences, we will now proactively recommend that all clients select earlier time slots to minimize the risk of crowds and delays. Nonetheless, we sincerely hope you were still able to enjoy your time exploring Zhangjiajie and China. Best regards,
The service of Travel China Guide was excellent, I would certainly recommend them, and the five stars goes to that. As for the experience itself, it will all depend on the weather and the crowds. We were quite lucky the sky opened up at around noon just in time to see the cave (we saw nothing but fog at the summit, waited for two hours and decided to descend to the cave). And in our case, the crowds were manageable. The Tianmen cable car ride is just amazing, you might want to practice your prayers before boarding, as the altitude it reaches is phenomenal. That alone is worth the tour. To simplify so much confusing information online: buy the Line A route, board the cable car from the city to the summit, then descend using several escalators to the cave, then descend the 999 steps to the base of the stairways where you will take a shorter and faster cable car to a different landing point at the base of the mountain. Then take the shuttle bus across the city to where you started. The opposite way will start with the short cable car, and force you to climb the 999 steps, which is a pain... Also, as of this date, the 99 curve road used to avoid the shorter cable car is being repaired, so it's closed. Wondering why such simple info is hard to get online :)
Dear Disfrutator, Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for awarding us five stars! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our service and would recommend Travel China Guide. You’ve made an excellent point—the experience at Tianmen Mountain truly depends on weather and crowd conditions. We're glad luck was on your side and the skies cleared just in time for you to see the famous cave! It sounds like you had an unforgettable day, especially with that breathtaking cable car ride. Your detailed route explanation is incredibly helpful for future travelers. Many struggle to find clear information online, so your advice on choosing Line A and starting from the city cable car is pure gold. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share these insights. We hope to assist you again on another adventure in China soon! Warm regards,
An exciting mountain in itself, with the longest cable car in the world. But due to the absolutely bad weather, I can unfortunately only award 3 stars despite the spectacular nature. The glass bridge is cheap, but also not very long, with us a visibility of about 5 meters, with a long view certainly great! The orga itself went flawlessly, if you take the about 6 escalators down to the foot of the 1,000 stairs, but you have to pay again if you want to take escalators up again.
Dear Thank you for taking the time to provide this detailed feedback about your visit to Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain. We truly appreciate your honesty. We are sorry to hear that your experience was significantly impacted by the unfortunate weather conditions. We completely understand your disappointment, as the breathtaking views are a central part of the Tianmen Mountain experience. It's a pity that the fog limited your visibility on the glass walkway, which would otherwise have been spectacular. At the same time, we are grateful for your acknowledgment that the organization of your ticket booking through our service was "einwandfrei" (flawless). As a booking agent, our responsibility is to ensure a smooth and reliable ticketing process, and we are glad we met that objective. Regarding the separate charge for the return escalator ride, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This is a policy set directly by the scenic area management, hope for your kind understanding on this. We sincerely hope that despite the weather, you were still able to sense the majesty of the mountain. We would be honored to have another opportunity to assist you with your future travels under sunnier skies! Best regards,
Very good ticket management. Having them in advance allowed us not to queue so many times. I would just add that it was not quite clear to us that once the cable car had been lowered, it was necessary to make an appointment on machines and the qr code provided.
Dear Alba_V, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that our ticketing system helped you avoid long queues. We remain at your service. Best regards,
They mailed me the tickets but it was impossible to get into the app. The same message appeared to me, at the moment it cannot be accessed.

The view is amazing. The gondola ride is also nice. But it must be pointed out that you have to enter and exit at different entrances and exits. And that there is a shuttle service that connects the different entrances and exits. I came in on line A and would have had to come out at B. However, since I had already visited the escalator, I had to buy another ticket to get out. Very uncomfortable and costly.

We did not have to show the QR code that the supplier sent us. They just scanned our passports and went in. All easy. Attraction is essential if you are going to Zhangjiajie.

We’re delighted to hear you had an amazing time in Zhangjiajie. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time if you need further assistance during your travels in China. Warm regards,
The view was amazing. I wanted to take a bus up 99 curves, but it was under pavement and it was a fast ropeway. The walk at the top of the mountain was also great to see various scenery. You just need to have a planned route.
Dear respected guest, We’re so happy you enjoyed the breathtaking views at Tianmen Mountain! We’re sorry the bus route along the 99 bends was unavailable due to pavement construction, but glad the high-speed cable car offered a great alternative. Exploring the mountaintop and discovering diverse sceneries sounds amazing! Thanks for the tip about route planning, we’ll definitely share this helpful advice with future guests. Have a wonderful trip! Best regards,
