We had a wonderful time on this tour — it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I went with my family, and since my mother cannot walk long distances, we had informed them in advance that we would be bringing a wheelchair. Balihar, our tour guide, was extremely thoughtful and accommodating. He brought a large van that was very spacious and comfortable, and he always tried to drop us as close as possible to each visit site. We also rarely had to walk back, as he would bring the car around to the other side for us. He guided us to excellent places to eat and was always attentive to our requests, happy to help, and full of good suggestions. On top of that, he takes postcard-quality photos! I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a relaxing experience combined with beautiful places to visit.

The guide was very professional and caring throughout the trip. We were traveling with our grandparents, and he took extra care of them the entire time. He always tried to bring the van as close as possible so my grandfather had to walk less. We really appreciated his kindness, patience, and thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

We did a day trip to Lucerne and Interlaken as a family of four, and honestly it was one of the best days of our trip. One of our favorite moments was when he stopped at Brünig Pass just so we could enjoy the view. The Alps looked absolutely stunning there. He also took us to a 100-year-old café where we had coffee, and that little stop made the whole trip feel even more special—thank you for that. Lucerne was beautiful with its old town and lake, and Interlaken was just breathtaking with the mountains all around. We had enough time at each place and never felt rushed. Overall, it didn’t feel like a typical tour—it felt relaxed, personal, and really enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Balihar to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.
