All our buses are equipped with air conditioning but unfortunately, it is forbidden by law to run the engine, and thus the air conditioning, while the bus is parked. This is the reason why you had to leave the bus while you were at the photo stop, as it inevitably warms up during the waiting time. Please note that drinking and eating is not allowed in our buses, except bottled water. Other drinks are not permitted in order to maintain cleanliness but also for your own safety. We have not received similar complaints from other guests and it makes us sad knowing that you did not feel comfortable enough to raise these issues with your guide during the tour. We always strive to address any concerns promptly to improve the experience for our guests. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations.
