Our guide Kan was excellent , he is a very careful driver and followed speed limits and provided information on where we were going everyday and we had enough time for all the sights we visited . i have one complaint , our hotel in jasper Athabasca Hotel, though very central did not have air condition in the room and bec it was a very old hotel , only had 2 plugs behind the side table , we had to remove the plug on our clock and phone to use the outlets . The room was clean though it came with antique furnitures in a very small room, perhaps westar should try to get a bigger room for their guests at this hotel, we opened our windows to cool the room but this would not be possible in the summer

We had an unforgettable experience in Banff, Jasper and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible tour guide Lisa Rong. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the park’s history, wildlife, and geography. She managed to keep the group engaged, safe, and entertained throughout the tour. She took care of each one in the bus especially those who have special needs- seniors, young kids and sickness. If you’re visiting Banff, Jasper and want an authentic, informative, and enjoyable experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this tour and especially this guide. Thank you for going above and beyond — you made our trip one to remember.

If you want to travel to Calgary by this tour agency, try to go with the guide Joseph. He was very informative, positive, explained everything in English very well, saw to it everything happened on time without being overbearing and was pleasant throughout! I still remember the information he gave during the tour because he was so enthusiastic about it!

I want to complain the poor arrangement of your agency. The tour guide changes every day even though for 2-day Columbia Icefield Tour. We didn't receive any message about the change. On 8 Aug, the tour guide Simon confirmed with us that we had the tickets for Columbia Skywalk & Snowcoach. But the next day (9 Aug) another tour guide said we couldn't have the tickets. We had to buy tickets on our own. Why do we have to join the tour of your agency if everything we have to deal with by ourselves? The tour guide asked us to buy the ticket of skywalk only on our expense, but he did not allow us to buy the ticket of snowcoach because we couldn't follow the time of the group tickets. He didn't want to wait for us. On the coach back, he spoke ill of us and said it was our responsibility for not having the ticket, not his. Your agency didn't inform me in advance that you refunded to me on 7 Aug until we arrived at Columbia Icefield without tickets. Originally you told me I would get the refund after 3-5 days of the tour. You replied that you wanted us to experience the Columbia Icefield that's why you adjusted the date of visit. How can we have a good experience of that place without tickets. Your agency always gives us late reply. How come we ruined our unique opportunity to join the activities. This is our valuable chance to visit Canada but affected by your unprofessional poor travel agency. I would also like to complain your tour guide (9 Aug - drive the coach 303 with the number J-71425). The tour guide is so impolite and refused to give us his name even though we asked him several times. Early in the morning in the hotel lobby, I took the initiative to approach him and asked whether we are in his group. He ignored me and I kept asking because I didn't know the change of the tour guide. How come the tour guide did not take the attendance of the tour members. I knew 5 tour members followed the wrong tour guide and got on the wrong coach. He is also unhelpful. When I asked him about the hotel we would stay in the evening, he gave me irrelevant answer and was unwilling to help. I asked him to check for me and he was reluctant to take out the document to have a look. He is so unprofessional. He didn't express clearly about the itinerary because he can't speak fluent English and no lunch stop was provided. The tour members had to ask him to clarify what he said. He spoke in Mandarin more than English but there are some foreigners in the group. He also didn't count the number of tour members when we got on the coach again after visiting each scenic spot. The tour member told him some people were missing. I doubted what his duty is. He is very irresponsible. He asked me to contact you directly. He will not help us to deal with the matters. It is such a great regret to join the tour organized by your unreliable agency! Waste my money and time!

The four-day journey met three different guides, all with their own characteristics. Joseph's guide on the first day was funny and lovely, and Wang's guide on the second day was fun and responsible. Favorite days three and four Lisa, gentle and lovely little sister, treats people sincerely warm and positive. After a busy schedule for the cable car and the sky, the itinerary was well organized. Professional and experienced, meet such a good guide saved a lot of trouble, the Recommended bar hotel is also good! Very Recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
