Lots of cars but the city is cute. The church exceeded my expectations. It's just wonderful. The guide was particularly kind.

Very nice town and spectacular salt cathedral. Guide was unfortunately not up to the level. Heavily overpriced excursion
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of the city and the spectacular Salt Cathedral. We regret, however, that the service provided by the guide did not meet your expectations. We take your comments very seriously and will work to improve this aspect.
Ideal if you have limited time to do two main trips from Bogota in one day (although it is a long day). Bonus was the terracotta house. Excellent tour guide and driver. Lunch was excellent as was the stop for a traditional Colombian breakfast (not included in the price)
We sincerely appreciate your confidence in us and for allowing us to be part of your trip. We hope we have met your expectations and have added significant value to your experience in our country.
My tour guide Lorina and Emilio our transport operator were such a wonderful team . The drive was spectacular and they did their best to accommodate my requests . I truly had a lovely time . Thank you and will recommend you to my friends visiting Bogotá.
It fills us with joy to know that you enjoyed the services we offer. Your satisfaction is our greatest reward and drives us to continue striving to offer memorable experiences to all our visitors.
Camila was such a great tour guide, we had so much fun with her, also got a bunch of interesting facts and insights about Villa de Leyva, the Cathedral and Colombia in general. We actually wanted to schedule another tour with her, because she was fantastic. Guillermo, the driver, was fun as well and provided guidance. They both made sure we had a great time and enjoyed every part of the tour as much as possible. Had to do some changes to the schedule, but all of it was worth it. Loved it! Cheers from Panama and Puerto Rico. ✨
Thank you for having chosen our country as a tourist destination. We hope you had a wonderful trip and a wonderful day, you are always welcome in beautiful Colombia.
The tour was great. Good organization, good duration, good explanations... The driver was very good and the guide was very captivating. Villa de Leyva was a bit short, considering the time it takes to get there. And I would have preferred to see the terracotta house rather than the vines (but that's a personal point of view). On the other hand, the salt cathedral was the big surprise. I had heard about it, but the magic was beyond all expectations. Thank you again for this exciting and enjoyable day.
Camilla and Guillermo were super friendly and helpful in explaining everything about the history of the places. It's worth the tour.
Nos alegra que hayan tenido una gran experiencia y que disfrutaran una partecita de nuestra maravillosa colombia
During our trip through Bogota and Medellin we hired with them the services of transfers and several excursions, that is why we have a fairly complete opinion of their services. From Spain we were able to manage all services efficiently. Liliana was the person who managed all the services and always kept an eye on everything working like a Swiss watch. AIRPORT-HOTEL TRANSFER SERVICE AND VICE VERSA: the services they provided were super efficient. From the first moment we landed we were in direct contact with them to inform us of the driver's name, meeting place, model of the car and license plate. Data that conveys a lot of security and professionalism. In all cases we used this Service were super punctual, and that we had to catch transfers at untimely hours (03:00 am, etc) (The contracted transfer services were in the cities of Bogota and Medellin) EXCURSIONS: with Transfers and Tours we made several excursions. In Bogota we did a city tour and we also did Cathedral of Salt and Zipaquirá. In Medellín we did the city tour+ graffiti tour of Commune 13, Guatapé and Peñol and Adventure Day in Rio Claro. All these tours were group tours and despite this, the professionalism of the guides was impeccable. At the end of the trip, we had the opportunity to make a more personalized private tour (it is one of their services) and we could know Ráquira and Villa de Leyva in a more exclusive way. In this case we were accompanied by a driver and a guide only for us. GUIDES AND DRIVERS: in all excursions the guides were professionals as well as the drivers. However, we connect a lot with Cindy, Guillermo, Darío and Xiomara very professional guides and drivers who take great care of the customer, making you feel tucked in and taken care of.
We visited some lovely country towns. However, we had booked a private tour with an English-speaking guide. We ended up in a tiny car with a tall driver who had her seat so far back we were squashed for the entire 13 hour tour. Although the trip started at 6am, we had to ask to stop for breakfast and were not offered water (supposed to be included) until 5.45pm. Lunch was below average. Neither the driver nor the tour guide wore masks while on the tour, nor did they offer to wear them when we did. The tour guide had very little local knowledge. Given the cost of the tour, it was very poor value.
We are sorry that the experience was not good for you, this tour is very well rated and it is the first time you have told us something like this. We strive every day to make it a great day, although a little long and extensive, at the same time wonderful and unique, for the tourists who visit us,
We very very disappointed with the arrangements of this tour. We booked a private vehicle for the two of us. We paid a premium for this and it was not worth it. The car was a small Renault and as the driver was tall, the back seat was very cramped as there was no leg room. My wife and I took turns to sit in that side with our legs squashed. As there was 9 hours of driving in the day it was not much fun. The English speaking guide didn’t know anything about where we were going. He simply spoke English so he could translate for the driver who actually knew the area. Finally neither the driver nor the tour guide wore masks. There were no protocols for Covid. We wore ours all day. Although water was included we were finally offered one bottle to share at 545 pm The tour itself is interesting and the towns in Boyaca are lovely and the salt cathedral is amazing. But given the price and 13.5 hours in a small car, we wouldn’t recommend it or this company.
