Das Weingut KARTAL wurde aufgrund der Familientradition und des tiefen Respekts für Wein und Weinrebe gegründet. Unsere Mission ist es, die Verbindung zwischen Natur und Mensch durch Nektar von Göttern fortzusetzen. Unser Weingut in Skopje, der Hauptstadt Mazedoniens, verfügt über ein kleines Fassungsvermögen von 100.000 Litern pro Jahr. Die modernsten Weinverarbeitungs- und Reifegeräte sowie sorgfältig ausgewählte Trauben aus unseren Weinbergen ermöglichen sehr hohe Qualität und Genuss mit jedem Tropfen von Wein. Die Verschmelzung von Tradition und Wissenschaft ist eine ideale Kombination, die unsere Önologen in Perfektion umgesetzt haben. Diese hervorragend ausbalancierten Weine, ihre Sortenmerkmale, Fruchtnuancen und die Liebe verdienen Ihre Aufmerksamkeit. Jede einzelne Flasche, die tausend Mal von unseren Mitarbeitern gestreichelt wurde, hat Veränderungen in der Stimmung miterlebt.

A must if you're in Skopje! The brothers are extremly friendly and generous. They talk about wine with passion and great knowledge. The tour of the winery was interesting and the wines we tasted all were amazing, even better with the cheese platter. We had an absolutely marvelous time!
We had an amazing wine tour today and it was truly a fantastic experience. The quality of the wines was excellent, with a great variety and outstanding flavors in every tasting. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the history of the wines and the winemaking process in detail. The experience was perfectly complemented by a wonderful selection of cheeses and cured meats, which paired beautifully with the wines and made the tasting even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a complete and well-organized experience that we would highly recommend to anyone who appreciates good wine, great hospitality, and a warm, authentic atmosphere.

The visit to Kartal began with a tour and an interesting guided tour through the various stages from harvesting the grapes to the finished wine. After that, there was tasting of six different wines with a guide through the wine’s flavors and production / aging. A very rewarding visit recommended if you are in Skopje.
We enjoyed six delicious wines, each with its own story and flavor, paired with a fresh and generous tapas board. The two brothers were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing insights about their wines and local culture. A warm, authentic, and inspiring experience – thank you for an unforgettable visit!
