This was such a great experience. The host set it up the table with cheese and glasses and made it comfortable for us to try the wine. He had a powerpoint presentation to go over the history of wine in the area.

I enjoy wine, but know little about Bulgarian wines. Calin was the perfect host—providing the history of wine making in Bulgaria as well as the differences in the regional vintages. I highly recommend this experience to boost your knowledge and taste some amazing wines!

Fun wine tasting. The host was very knowledgeable about Bulgarian wines. We enjoyed trying the 5 wines and sampling the cheeses. It was nice to find out more about Bulgarian winemaking, and the wines tasted great. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed learning about Bulgarian wine history from Kalin yesterday and then trying five different Bulgarian wines plus three cheeses. The choice of wines were excellent and we appreciated Kalin’s gentle manner and expertise in this field .

I recently visited Sofia for a weekend trip, and I wanted to thank you for the wonderful wine tasting experience you hosted. The event was one of the highlights of my visit. I learned a great deal about the history of Bulgarian wine, different grape varieties, and the winemaking process. As it was my first wine tasting experience, I especially appreciated the way everything was explained and presented. The guidance was informative, engaging, and perfectly suited for a beginner. The wines themselves were excellent, and the cheeses served alongside them were delicious and paired beautifully with the wines. The entire experience was both educational and enjoyable. After the tasting, I tried to find some of the wines I had sampled at the airport duty-free shops, but unfortunately I could not find them. My only regret is not purchasing a few bottles of Tempus Vini wines during the event. I will certainly not make the same mistake next time! Everything was perfect, and if I could, I would rate the experience 11 out of 10. Thank you for your hospitality and for making my trip to Sofia even more memorable.
