Wein und Mittagessen Escape

This was an exceptional day, Susan, Grape Escapes, was wonderful to work with, she made it so easy to plan and was so accommodating. JD, our guide and driver, was wonderful, he was so knowledgeable and provided commentary and lots of info on the way to Luckett's and Grand Pre. He was full of fun and helped when needed, both with lunch and wine tasting choices. Everyone on our tour were very impressed with the JD, the bus, the venues and the tastings. We were picked up at our building and returned there as well. A great day was enjoyed by all.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our wine tour with Grape Escapes, and much of that was thanks to our incredible guide, JD! From the very beginning, JD went above and beyond to make sure our group was happy and comfortable. He was more than happy to accommodate our special requests, even kicking off our morning with a quick stop at Tim Hortons so we could grab our drinks. His knowledge of the region and the local wine industry was top-notch, keeping us entertained and informed throughout the day. We visited an amazing lineup of vineyards: Benjamin Bridge, Luckett Vineyards, and Grand Pré, each offering incredible scenery and fantastic tastings. If you are looking for a well-organised, fun, and memorable day exploring local wines, look no further. Ask for JD; he’s a fantastic guide!

Our guide, JD, was awesome and we had a great time! We learned a lot about wine and about Nova Scotia along the way. Great way to see the province, great value, and great wine 🙂

This was a fun day at three vineyards sampling wine. The chicken sandwich for lunch was excellent and more than enough. Sandy, our driver, added some history and humor to the trip. I highly recommend this trip.

The tour was great. But what really made the trip was out guide, Terry. Her knowledge of the area and vineyards were second to none. Her personality was charming, sweet, funny and caring. She made us feel special and she was attentive to all our needs and concerns. And we loved her taste in music

Stephanie was absolutely amazing. Communication before the cruise was exceptional. Her knowledge of not only local wines but wine in general was incredible. She was pleasant and thoughtful. She had water and snacks for you to enjoy and listened and crafter her selection of wineries based on your preferences. I would highly recommend her for a wine tasting or winery tour!

Great experience. It was a small group of 12. Terri, our driver/tour guide was excellent, very accommodating. She told us about the history of the area and the history of the wine industry on our 45 minute drive across Nova Scotia to the wineries. We had wine tastings at three wineries. Our lunch at Luckett winery was very good. I would highly recommend this tour.
