We send the exact same confirmation details to all participants in advance, but occasionally this can create timing misunderstandings that affect the group’s departure. We are reviewing our follow-up procedures to help minimize this risk. Regarding the language barrier, the Wildlife Eco Tour is primarily operated in Spanish, as local guides at the lagoon and community stops conduct their explanations in Spanish. However, we recognize that this limited your experience, and we will reinforce with our team the importance of providing clearer English support whenever possible. Your comments about timing at the lagoon, Mazunte, Zipolite, Puerto Ángel, and the overall pacing are very valuable. This tour includes several community-based visits, but we understand that without proper explanation in your language, it can feel more observational than engaging. Regarding the duration of the tour, shared excursions sometimes take longer than expected, as we aim to accommodate all participants, which can extend travel and activity times. We understand how this can feel tiring on a full-day tour. Concerning meals, we would like to clarify that brunch is not included, as clearly stated in the tour description; only bottled water is provided. We regret if this was not clear at the time of booking. The lunch stop is scheduled later in the afternoon, which is common in tropical countries and can differ from meal schedules in northern countries.
