We wanted to see the Palace during our time in Vienna. We were on a cruise and were staying on the Danube for 2 nights so I wasn't worried about missing the boat and decided to do this tour through Viator. Although we had to take a taxi there and back it was still a big savings.

Raphael did a great job of showing us the highlights of Palace and the gardens. He was witty with a great sense of humor and great historical perspective. I would highly recommend Raphael and this tour.
Max was a very knowledgeable guide and spoke English well. He was able to explain the history of the palace and the garden with great insight. My husband and I were very pleased. The Shronbunn Palace is a place not to be missed.
It was a beautiful property with stunning gardens. The guided tour, however, wasn’t very interesting. We would recommend saving your money and just get an audio guide. Didn’t go anywhere that there weren’t others with the audio guide, so not sure what extra rooms the advert was referring to.
Amazing way to experience the palace! Our guide Eric was super knowledgeable and entertaining and really helped bring the history to life. Highly recommend this type of tour if you are going to visit the palace. We had friends who did the regular palace audio tour and they were not impressed....and we had this guided tour and it was incredible and definitely the right decision!
What a wonderful palace and stunning gardens! A must if your in Vienna our tour guide was very informative lots of interesting facts! Learnt a lot regarding the Austrian monarchy, highly recommend!
Excellent all around. Our guide Franz Josef (not the Emperor) was highly knowledgeable, engaging and humorous. I do not think that the Schonbrunn Palace can be sufficiently appreciated without a good guide. And we heartily endorse and recommend this particular tour service.
This is a wonderful tour!! The contact was easy to find with the green umbrella, her instructions for check in were easy to follow, and she was an excellent guide. Very funny, and an easy story teller. Also very helpful if there were any questions or concerns. This is the best way to see the castle and to get a bit if the story.
Very good & knowledgeable guide. Both the tour of the palace and the garden give you an idea how the kings and queens lived.
