It was very cost-effective for us, as we could visit several attractions and museums with just one pass. The process was also straightforward. I can only recommend it further.
I was in Vienna for 7 days, and i discovered Vienna e-pass only after traveling a few days, and i wish i had discovered it earlier. It would have saved me so much money. I bought a 4-day pass for only 165€, and i was traveling from place to place, museum after museum non stop. If i didn't have this pass, the attractions would have costed me more than 400-500 euros. If you want to explore Vienna and visit several museums and attractions, i would 100% recommend it. 10/10 experience, you get your moneys worth.
We used the Vienna E-pass during our trip to Vienna, and it made everything so easy. It was simple to use, saved us a lot of time, and gave us access to many of the city's top attractions without any hassle. We really enjoyed the convenience and found it to be excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!
Everything was perfect, especially Haus des Meeres!!
Do not use this!!!!! It was the worst. Some things were easy to get into but... You still had to print off tickets for some of major attractions.... BUT then you still had to line up when you got to the attractions to get another ticket because the ticket they give you was voucher to get your ticket when you arrive... Better off getting tickets when you get there. Complete waste of time the Vienna e pass
Absolutely worth it! Had an amazing experience in Vienna! From tours to concerts it was just wonderful! I can only recommend this!
I bought a 3-day E-pass for my 5-day trip to Vienna, and I can easily say that I managed to see all the must-visit places within those 3 days. I don't know how much it would have cost if I had bought individual tickets for each spot, but I am absolutely sure it would be at least double the price. Thanks to the pass, I saved a lot of money, completely ticked off my bucket list, and even visited some extra places. I highly recommend it to everyone!
I visited the Palace on the first weekend of May, and I had a lot of fun with the guide and the rest of the guests. It lasted us two hours, and they went FAST. They both were very easy to get with, and were funny even though there were 30 people with us. The guide was very clear, and I liked her a lot. The tour to the Empress Sisi & Hofburg Palace will be unforgettable. I loved it! I would suggest everyone to go there; you'll have a lot of fun trust me.
Simple and easy to use. Whenever there is an issue, they get back to you quickly, so I didn't experience any problems. I highly recommend it, it's a budget-friendly system.
The tour guide I experienced at Sisi Museum is a racist. I was the only Asian face on the tour, and she rudely came to me in the crowd of guests, finger pointing me and asking whether I was recording. That was an outdoor area, and actually I was just texting messages on my phone, not recording or photo taking at all. I experienced such racial discrimination. Avoid this tour if you are yellow skin or dark skin. You will probably be discriminated by the aged, full-figured white tour guide wearing glasses at Sisi Museum
