Werden Sie Ramen Chef für einen Tag : Tokyo Restaurant Experience

We booked months in advance. Our appointment was cancelled twice, and once it was rebooked. We were told at short notice that the date was not possible again on the new day due to circumstances, and all dates up to day x where we are in Tokyo are fully booked. Thank God we cancelled in time. I find it annoying because we had really booked several months in advance and were really looking forward to the course.

As a professional chef, this was exactly the kind of cooking class I was looking for. It was technical, professional and detailed, while still being enjoyable and easy to follow. Jay, our chef, was incredibly knowledgeable about ramen, and you could really feel her passion for cooking and ramen throughout the entire class. She explained every step clearly, slowly and with great patience, always taking the time to answer all of our questions. I especially appreciated that she explained not only what we were doing, but also why — something that, as a chef, I found very valuable. The ramen and gyoza we had for lunch were absolutely delicious! They also shared some great recipes with us, and the PDF recipe manual provided after the class is incredibly useful, well explained and very detailed. It is something I will definitely keep and use again at home. A fantastic experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this class, especially to anyone who really loves cooking and wants to understand the techniques behind authentic ramen rather than simply follow a recipe.

It was such an amazing experience! The chef was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole class fun and engaging. The quality of the ramen was outstandin It was totally worth it, and I’d recommend it to anyone who loves ramen or wants to experience Japanese food culture.

This is hands down my favorite cooking class and i’ve taken 5 at this point. The teachers Eric and Jay were amazing, it was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing. Their instructions were clear and to the point with great explanations. The class itself was hard work but it was very rewarding and organized. I would absolutely take this class again and would recommend others to take it if they want a real Japanese ramen making experience, just be prepared to work.

An amazing class. Very in depth about how all parts of the ramen are made and you get to help with all parts, not just making the noodles. The gyoza’s we made were delicious. It was my first time eating ramen ever. And it was the best bowl of ramen of my whole trip.

This is my third trip to Japan and the first time I have taken a cooking class here. What an absolute treat. Our instructors were top notch and it was a blast. We started by learning about ramen and quickly got into making our own ramen from scratch, including the noodles! We also learned how to make gyoza, which we had as a snack prior to finishing the ramen. I would rank this as a do not miss experience in Tokyo.

The course is a real highlight. You not only learn how the food is prepared but also gain some background knowledge and information about variations. Tips and tricks and hands-on experience at various cooking stations. Our teachers were fantastic and very friendly, so we had fun throughout. The gyoza and ramen were also delicious. Highly recommended.

It was one of my best experience in Japan, and best cooking class I have ever had. The teachers were very kind, really went into the details of ramen, had us participate in every step of the process, and everything was very well structured. The ramen bowl and giozas we made and ate were truly delicious, and they were able to adapt the class and ingredients so that I could prepare everything vegan,

This was wonderful! Highly interactive and hands on. I felt like I truly learned how to make ramen and left for much more respect and appreciation for the process. The instructors were warm and knowledgeable and made for a fun and inviting morning! Highly recommend!!
