Erleben Sie eine ganztägige Weintour im berühmten Loiretal in Begleitung eines ortskundigen und erfahrenen Reiseleiters. Auf dem Programm stehen zwei Besuche bei lokalen Weingütern, gefolgt von Verkostungen lokaler Weiß- und Rotweine (im Preis inbegriffen). Machen Sie zur Mittagszeit Halt in Chinon, einer malerischen Stadt, die von ihrer Burg überragt wird. Dort haben Sie Zeit, die Stadt zu erkunden, und Ihr Reiseleiter wird Ihnen die besten Adressen nennen, um lokale Spezialitäten zu probieren (auf eigene Kosten). Der Ganztagesausflug beinhaltet auch den Transfer vom und zum Stadtzentrum von Tours.

Diese Weintour durch das Loire-Tal führt Sie zunächst in die Stadt Bourgueil. Dieses charmante Städtchen ist von Weinbergen umgeben, in denen die typischen Weine des Tals angebaut werden. Sie besuchen ein traditionelles Weingut, wo Sie alles über die Weinherstellung von der Traube bis zur Flasche erfahren. Im Anschluss an die Führung können Sie verschiedene Weine des Weinguts verkosten.
Nach Ihrem ersten Besuch führt Sie diese Weintour nach Chinon, einer malerischen Stadt mit gut erhaltenen Stadthäusern aus dem Mittelalter und der Renaissance. Chinon wird von seiner Burg dominiert, die eigentlich aus drei Burgen besteht. Zusammen mit Ihrem Reiseleiter werden Sie die Stadt erkunden, und zur Mittagszeit wird Ihnen Ihr Reiseleiter die besten Adressen empfehlen, um lokale Spezialitäten in Chinon zu probieren.

Great small group tour to two very different wineries. Guide was great as were the tastings at both locations. The stop in town for lunch on our own was a nice break and we had enough time to see the Royal Fortress. Highly recommended.
Our tour guide Ilia was fabulous. He gave us information about different landmarks such as the forest road we took to the first location, the countryside on the way to Chinon, as well as the fortress at Chinon. He was very well versed and made sure our guided tour was pleasant from start to finish.

I want to write a review for the tour guide we had on our recent Exoticca tour in Albania, Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. His name is Saimir and he did an awesome job of keeping our rather large group (28 people from multiple cultures) very happy throughout the ten day tour. He was respectful and helpful to all, and was very informative about the cultures of the peoples we were visiting in the Balkans. This tour was absolutely perfect. Our guide Élia was so knowledgeable, kind and entertaining. He knew the winemakers well and facilitated experiences at both smaller and larger wineries. Each visit was educational and included delicious tastings. He also showed us interesting sites along our way to each winery and recommended excellent lunch spots in Chinon. Highly recommend this tour and Elia as a guide!

Despite a delayed start to our tour due to rain, our guide Ilia was incredibly understanding of the circumstances and ensured my group made the most of our time. Both wineries were wonderful with great wine & very personal tasting experiences. The time to explore Chinon during lunch was also very much appreciated (made even better by great food recommendations from Ilia!). My group came away from this tour with a ton of new knowledge of wine and the region as a whole. Overall, this experience far surpassed my expectations & was one of the best days of our 10+ day Europe vacation. 10/10!

Ilia was the perfect tour guide, engaging, educational, charismatic, and fun! Our group of 6 are a bit newer to the wine scene and Ilia along with the employees of the two vineyards we visited went above and beyond to educate and entertain us. The star of the show besides Ilia was Truf the chateau cat at the second vineyard! We had a wonderful time and were shocked that the vineyards we visited were basically private to just us and we really got an in depth experience understanding the culture and the wine! This was an absolutely excellent tour that I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone interested in Loire Valley wine production. Our guide was Ilya, who is a wine expert and passionate about this area. Having already done a number of wine tours, I can say that Ilya was the best we've had, and that's saying a lot. We visited two vineyards, each distinctive, and had an in-depth explanation of each vineyards approach to viticulture. Extensive wine tasting in each place also. For lunch we were on our own in Chinon. Ilya introduced us to various places so we could choose what suited us, which was perfect. All around this was the perfect day.

Absolutely fantastic tour. Very easy pickup right on time outside the Tours tourist center. Ilya was a fantastic host the entire time. We visited two lovely wineries and tasted more than a dozen wines (all absolutely delicious). Ilya went above and beyond, with great knowledge and entertaining tips. He gave several honest suggestions for lunch (which was free time in downtown Chinon). Highly recommend and would book a tour with Ilya again next time we are in the Loire Valley!
