Fantastic experience, knowledgable & highly engaging guide Marina & brilliant value! Without spoiling the tour, Marina took us through the full process from growing to bottling. We then got to taste 3 wines and had some tapas all included in the price. We then continued to have a few more glasses whilst we waited for our taxi. The property is beautiful and scenic and you can have glasses of wine whilst you look over the vineyard. Thank you Marina!

Informative, friendly tour. Enjoyed learning about the environmental measures the vineyard have taken. My daughter left her jacket and Marina went out of her way to drop at our hotel- so kind. The wine was delicious I’m particular the white!

My husband and I visited Binitord on Monday and from beginning to end felt looked after and informed by the lovely guide Mariana. She explained the different grape varieties and showed us where they make the wine and their very excellent vermut. Then presented some wines to taste with some traditional Menorcan nibbles. You can buy their delicious wines there as well so we decided to take a box home. We would definitely visit again and recommend it if you enjoy good organic wine, a peaceful environment and learning about the sustainability and history of this place.

Marina the host , was very welcoming, happy and informative. Great to know that the winery does not use pesticides, only natural methods including ladybirds and kestrels! We loved all thee wines including the Vermouth!

If you are ever in menorca and hiring a car, this great little find is a must! Myself and four friends on a girls only trip to celebrate a big birthday, of course it had to involve wine! Our host Marina is lovely, and despite being quite a newbie, she already had a great knowledge of the winery and vineyard. The tour was only supposed to last an hour, and I guess during the high holiday season this would be quite strict timings, however, me and the girls were not rushed at all (two other participants expected didn't show up, so lucky us, we had Marina all to ourselves), I think we ended up staying and enjoying the wine tasting and nibbles for over 2 hrs!! If you have nothing better to do than lounge about around a pool and you like wine ( who doesn't???), take a trip to this winery, I can assure you won't be disappointed.

Súper visit to this small Bodega.Family run business in delightful location.Ana, our enthusiastic,knowledgeable and charming guide provides tours in English.(Spanish and French are also available).If visiting the Ciutadella area this is a must visit. Delicious tastings after the tour with local cheese and meats sitting in a shaded area was a perfect end.
The lovely Anna took us on a tour of the Binitord Bodega. She was friendly, knowledgeable and is obviously passionate about Binitord. Anna recommended the white to eat with fish and we were lucky enough to find it in a Cala’n Bosch restaurant. Paired with Red Snapper the wine was outstanding. A must visit if you’re looking to find out more about the island and its history.
